Chanyeol came back from buying snacks when he saw Luna heading to the comfort room; he waited for her to come out. “Luna-ssi” he called her as soon as she emerges
“Oh, Chanyeol-ssi!” she said slightly startled
“I know we just met, but I need to ask you a favour.” Chanyeol’s hand flew on his nape, a shy smile on his face
She smiled “A favour?”
“Yes. If Joo Hyun wanted to go home later tonight, can you please stay behind with me?” he directly said looking straight on her eyes “I needed her to be alone when she walks home later.” He continued when he saw the confused look on her face.
He told her about his plan which made her smile wider. She nodded and agreed to help.
“Kamsahamnida!” he said pleased with himself as they made their way back
Later that night, as soon as Joo Hyun stepped out, they hurriedly followed her in silence. Their back glued on the wall while peeking at Yonghwa and Joo Hyun colliding.
“Om….” Luna’s cry was stopped when Chanyeol covered her mouth with his hand, she looked up at him
“Sshhhh.” His index finger in his lips, he then removed his hand slowly.
She nodded, her face reddened, she felt as though Chanyeol’s warm hand was still on her face.

Joo Hyun walked slowly making sure her gait is perfect for Yonghwa’s eyes, her senses tell her he is watching her retreating back. She felt her knees weak from the encounter. She walked in the comfort room aiming to hide from his sight. With arms on the tiled sink, she supported herself to stand still, her eyes fixed on her reflection on the mirror. “I’m going crazy!!” she said silently as licked her lips and run her hand on her now flushed cheek, her heart pounding hard. She took a deep breath and washed her face.

Yonghwa watched her retreating back while reaching for his phone in his side pocket, he needed to call Chanyeol. He was about to dial his number when it rang.
“Yah! I thought…” he said as soon as clicked the answer button, but was stopped midway as he saw his caller.
Chanyeol emerges from where he was hiding; a good 20 meters away, his phone on his ear while looking at him “Are you going to let her slip away the second time?” he asked
Yonghwa felt numb from what he heard, his mind raced before he asked “Aren’t you two an item?”
Chanyeol chuckled before he answered “If we’re an item do you think I would do this for you?” he then motioned him to go “Go!” he said before he ended the call

Joo Hyun stormed out of the comfort room as soon as she calmed down. She was holding her phone, trying to contact Chanyeol when someone walked with her. With a curious face she looked at who her company is and stumbled in shock when she realized who it was.
She looked up and gave him a stern look “Why do you have to show up and startle me?!” she said irritated. “Will you please leave me alone?!” she said sarcastically, the wall of defence now fully constructed
Yonghwa squared his shoulder “I’m sorry, I can’t” he said widening his stride to catch up
She was half running in order to get as much distance away from him. She does not want his effect on her. “Why are you doing this to me?” she stopped abruptly and faced him frustration written on her face.
Yonghwa felt something strike the pit of his stomach when he saw Joo Hyun’s pained expression. He slumped and looked down “I’m sorry.” He said guilt spread his face, but as soon as Joo Hyun started to walk he followed
“I’m sorry.” Yonghwa said while walking behind her, giving her enough space. “If I hurt you this way, but I can’t bear it any longer.” He continued and he felt Joo Hyun slowed her pace. He knew she was listening. He took a deep breath and continued “Shin Hye and I broke up.”
Joo Hyun stopped and turned his way, startled and concern washed over her. “Is this why he is down lately?” she thought “Kwenchana?” she asked “You came because you needed a friend to talk to.” She nodded as if understanding his current situation.
She scolded herself for being elated with her friend’s misery. “Focus!” she thought and reached for his shoulder while looking at him tenderly “What happened? Did you two had a terrible fight? What’s the reason behind the fight?” she asked continuously
Yonghwa looked at her concerned face, it made him hurt more. “At least she still is concerned even as a friend. Maybe I’ll start with that.” he thought. He started to tell the same story he made up for Chanyeol while they were heading for a nearby café.
Side by side they sat; he started to gain Joo Hyun’s affection or anything as long as she gave him any. For now he can see pity in her eyes after she heard his lies.
“Shin Hye shouldn’t have done that!” she looked flabbergasted with the thought. She sighed and took pity on him. “If only you’ve chosen me over her.” she thought but shook it off as she realized
Yonghwa pretended to be exhausted and weak. He leans on her shoulder, eyes closed and sigh. “Thank you for being with me.” he took her hand and held it close
“Yonghwa-yah” she struggled to let her hand loose but he resisted, her heart pick up speed. She studied him carefully afraid he might hear her heart and blushed when he catches her staring.
He looked up and smiled at her lovingly. “Stay still for a while. I need your strength now.” he again closed his eyes with a small smile on his face
“I’m sorry Shin Hye for making you the bad guy. I’ll make up to you.” He thought his face nestled comfortably on her shoulder, sucking in her sweet fragrance.
Joo Hyun sat still, almost like a stone to accommodate Yonghwa’s request. She looked at him tenderly, warmth enveloped her heart. “I’m with him.” she thought savouring the moment. “Just once, just this once.” Her heart pleaded as soon as her mind started to nag
Yonghwa felt her stiffened for awhile “Is she resisting?” thought. He sat straight slowly and looked at her. “It’s late. They’ll close in a little while.” He said looking around and realized they were the only costumer left. “Let’s go to your place.” He stood up.
Joo Hyun’s muscles contracted in refusal “Uhmn..” she sighed “I think it’s not a good idea. You should go home.” She said and started to walk
“I insist.” He reached for her elbow and guided her out
She brushed his hand off her and started to reach for her phone inside her bag and pressed 1. “Yoboseyo. Dangshin!” she immediately said as if crying out for help, she felt a rush of relief when he answered in the first ring “Where are you?” her smile spread “Okay. I’ll be there. See you!” she disconnected
Yonghwa felt frustration when he called her. But he held it in, he smiled as though it was okay. “Are you going to see Chanyeol?” he asked
“Yes, I had to meet him” she said hurriedly, walking to a familiar direction
“I’ll send you there.” He offered
“There is no need. Thank you.” She stopped and told him to take off.
Yonghwa started to walk in a different direction.
Chanyeol and Luna saw everything and were pleased. But as soon as she observed Joo Hyun’s reluctance and uneasiness, he knew she was about to hold back and he assumed she needed help. When his phone rang he knew it was coming, he answered it on the first ring.
“Luna-ssi I need to go quickly. I’m sorry if I can’t send you home.” He said apologetically “I’ll make up to you some other time, arachi?” he held her shoulder
Luna nodded “It’s okay. I live near here so you don’t have to worry.” She smiled “I’m glad I came here to spy with you.” She continued and shooed him off “See you tomorrow!’
