Opening my eyes slowly I saw light creeping through the curtains. "Your awake" Dave mumbled leaning over me looking at my face with a smile
"happy birthday baby" he kissed my lips making me smile and bite his lip a little bit "thank you and happy one year anniversary" I said leaning up to kiss him rubbing my hand up and down his back as he stayed above me
"Whatchu want to do today birthday girl" he asked moving off me laying back on the headboard. I shrugged my head "I don't know"
"Well I got something planned for tonight but you gotta come up with something where do you want to go eat or whatever you want we can do" he said "you just always know how to make me smile huh" I said sitting up on him rubbing my hand over his face
"That's all I ever want to do mamas you know you special" he slid down a bit pulling me down with him "I love you with all of me" he mumbled

"I don't know what I would do without you" I said lowly "I mean I would hear people talk about love... true love and it wasn't ever attainable to me until I met you I feel it everywhere in my body...I don't ever want to loose you"

He gave me a small smile "I promise...I'll try my hardest to always get back to you" he said pulling me into him kissing me softly. I pulled back laying on his chest running my fingers over his tattoos tracing each and every one of them.
"You know I've only ever been in one other serious relationship... I thought it was love but I don't think I knew love till I met you either I mean real beautiful healthy love" he stopped talking licking his lips
"our relationship it's beautiful and I want to keep it like that forever just you and me cause that's who matters...just you and me bubs always" he picked my face up a bit winking at me making me smile

"This is nice" I mumbled walking in to the restaurant dave had brought me to. "I know" he replied pulling me into him kissing the top of my head
"Reservation for east" he said to the girl as she smiled at him "East... here you are... you can follow me" she walked us towards the back
"Here you go" she handed us these menu books and looked at me for the first time "I hope you and your brother have a great evening" she smiled at me then at Dave
