"Hey" a voice said as I opened my eyes, "ellie? What are you doing here?" I asked. "Ashley called me said you collapsed on them I got here as quickly as I could." she said moving my fringe from my face. "Im fine it was just an anxiety attack hows dad" I asked, "hes better hes coming home tonight he only had concussion. Im more concerned about you, you havent had a attack like that in months" she said. "Well maybe touring had taken its toll on you its pretty stressful maybe you should have a word with adam?" she asked.
"No I don't want to speak to him thanks about anything" I replied, "why hes your best friend" she said. "I just dont, it doesnt matter why" I answered, "ok then dont oh yes I need to give you this" she said pulling something from her bag. "What is it?" I asked, "its our baby" she replied as I looked down at the grey picture in my hands. "Wow!" I said stroking the picture, she smiled and pointed out all the bits in the picture. "Thats amazing!" I said, "you keep it" she told me smiling as I pinned it to the wall. "Anyway im going to have to go I have a job interview" she said, "where abouts?" I questioned. "Just a PA job for a owner of a chain of shops and they know im pregnant they dont mind" she explained.
"Well good luck babe let me know how its goes" I said, "will do babe and take it easy ok" she replied hugging me. "Yes sir" I said as she laughed and kissed me, images from last night filled my mind as I pulled away. "Go on you'll be late" I said as ellie smiled, "love you" she said disapearing out the door. "Love you too" I whispered as ashley appeared in the doorway, "sorry thought she would want to know. Im sorry I yelled she told me about your dad" she said sitting on the bed next to me.
"Its ok I was acting a bit strange but you know what im like ash" I said, "yeah you bottle stuff up to much adam usually gets it out of you though" she said smiling. "Please dont talk about him" I said, "Ok I wont so are you coming shopping I need some retail therapy on our two days off" she said. "Ok then are the others coming?" I asked, "nope monte is visiting annette she only lives a bit from here and adam is asleep" she told me.
"Ok let me just shower" I said climbing off the bed and heading for the bathroom, once I was done I quickly dried myself off and threw some clothes on. Ashley was waiting in the kitchen bit, "I wrote adam a note for when he gets up are you ready?" she asked. "Sure lets go" I said as she looped her arm through mine and we climbed into the car. We got into town in half an hour as people bustled around us not recognising us in hats and shades.
"They have an awesome music shop here you know" ashley told me as we walked up the street, "really I think we should definately go there then" I said as she laughed. "Yes! And you have to eat today I dont want you dying on me again" she teased. "Funny" I said as she dragged me into chanel, "I browsed the makeup aisle as she tried on loads of outfits and skyscraper heels with spikes on.
Dont get me wrong but she looked hot! Im not into that kind of thing to be fair, give me black skinny jeans over leather pants anyday. My mind drifted back to adam, I know he gets carried away with his performance but he had no right to kiss me like that. It made me so mad, hes making me doubt my sexuality seriously. On the one hand that kiss was sexy as hell and made me feel all fuzzy but I was straight and I had ellie. I couldnt hurt her like this, I mean I love her dont I?
"Hey dolly" ashley said clicking her fingers in front of my face, "huh what sorry was miles away" I said blushing. "Its cool so what do you think?" she asked twirling round in the outfit she had on, "wow looks good ash!" I said because I genuinely thought it did. "Ok im going to go pay" she said gathering her armfuls of things, "ok right behind you" I said following her to the cashier.
The look on her face was priceless as she read the name on the card I stifled laughter as she handed it back speechless. "Ok so lunch time!" she said dragging me towards a taco bell, "ooh yum!" I said as we sat down and ordered. "So whene were you going to tell em ellie was pregnant" she said as I choked on my drink, "I erm well I was going to tell you" I said. "Uh huh dont worry ellie told me im happy for you tj shes a good girl one to keep" she said as I poked at my chips. "Yeah I know" I answered, "good so when are you going to marry her then" ashley asked.
"Erm I dont know" I replied, "anyway are you done? We still have time to look in that music shop" she said. "Yeah im done lets go!" I said standing up and wanting to get away from this awkward conversation. We wandered around the shops aftrwards and It was starting to get dark, Ashley called david as we left the music store and waited on the kerbside. "Im sorry if me asking about marrying ellie made you feel awkward" she said.
"No you didnt ash Im just not sure anymore" I said, "about what marrying ellie?" she questioned. "I dont know it doesnt matter im just being weird" I said. "Youre always weird TJ" she said ruffling my hair, "no im limited edition" I said as she laughed and the car pulled up in front of us as we bundled in with our ten ton of bags.
The car dropped us back as we headed inside, after unloading all the bags we settled in for the night with popcorn, films and sweets. Gotta love the tour life.
