My alarm rung as I picked up my bags and headed for the front door, I wrote a note telling the others not to worry and that I hope the tour goes well. I headed out of the front door and shut it quietly behind me before climbing into a waiting cab and heading for the airport. I watched the tour bus disapear from sight as we headed up the interstate, this was a good thing for me. I need time to clear my mind, to get away from this place and all the memories with it.
Adam POV
I awoke earlier than usual and stretched before heading to get a glass of juice, the bus was silent everyone was asleep still. Something told me to look in on Tommy, I gently pushed the door open as my eyes ajusted to the gloom. There was nothing in the room, no clothes or bottles nothing. This wasnt right, I switched ont he light and looked around. No he was gone, "ashley monte wake up" I shouted.
They appeared in the doorway still half asleep, "what the hell adam?" ashley asked. "Its tommy hes gone!" I said, "what do you mean gone?" monte asked. "I mean gone as in vanished as in everything is gone his room is empty!" I said. "He cant have got far ring him" ashley said, "hes got further than his phone" I said holding it up. "Fuck it! ashley said, "wait whats this" I said picking up the note on the table.

Ive gone away, I need time alone to clear my head. Believe me its for the best, Ive caused so much pain and hurt being around. I cant afford to mess up again, everything has gone wrong. More wrong than I could ever imagine, ellie left me and adam has sauli. Whatever I touch I just mess it all up, I have no family or friends those I did have turned against me. Im just bad for you and everything around me, I hope the rest of the tour goes ok for you guys. Just so you know I will miss you all very much and I dont know when and if I will return.
Tommy
"Hes gone, for god sake why didnt I see this! Im such a rubbish friend" I said. "None of us knew adam he was good at hiding it" ashley said, "no I should have known I should have seen through his fake smile hes my best friend and ive let him down I need to get to the airport now" I said running into my room and pulling on some clothes.
"Wait for us adam" ashley and monte said getting dressed, I called the driver and we all piled into the car as we headed for the airport. We hit loads of traffic on the interstate, "for god sake this is a joke!" I said. "Chill out adam im sure his flight hasnt even left yet" ashley told me.
Tommy POV
I stretched out from the chair I was asleep in and went to check on my flight, I had a good 3 hours to wait. I reached for my phone and realised it wasnt in my pocket, Ive left it back at the bus. Damn it tommy you total div, oh well its not like anyone is gonna call me anyways. I had a walk round the shops in the airport and had breakfast as I looked up at the clock. 9 am, the others will be awake now. They will know ive gone, they will be so angry with me but tough they can manage without me, I need to do this theres no turning back now.
Adam POV
"We've been stuck in this traffic jam for nearly two hours what if we are too late, I cant loose him again" I said. "We wont be too late look we are nearly on clear road, and the airport is literally half hour away fom here" monte said. They dont get it, ever since that kiss with tommy ive come to realise I like him more than a friend. This thing with sauli is just a way of trying to make me forget about what I feel for tommy. Sauli is a complete asshole, he knows I dont love him its all just sex.
With tommy I dont want that I want to be with him properly, I need to be with him because I love him too much not to be. Thats why I have to get there before he catches his flight and before he walks out of my life forever I need to tell him!
"Hey adam stop zoning out we are nearly there" ashley said as the car stopped, "what now!" I shouted looking out of the window. "You have got to be kidding me roadworks" I said pulling at my hair, "well this sucks" monte said crossing his arms. "We are going to be here forever they are literally letting 3 cars through each time" ashley said from outside.
"How long will it take to walk to the airport from here david?" I asked looking through the middle of the chairs. "About 40 minutes sir but its dangerous" he said, "adam if youre thinking what I think youre thinking your insane you'll get killed!" ashley said grabbing my jacket.
"I dont care ashley im not letting hims lip away again even if I have to run the whole damn way" I said stubbornly as I opened the door. "Adam dont you dare!" monte said, "get off I need to get to him" I said shrugging my jacket off where he was holding it and running through the queing traffic. "Adam youre an idiot!" ashley yelled after me as I ignored her and dodged cars, I have to get to that airport!
