Logan's Point of View

"Just a moment!" The king happily said, I looked at him with a certain sadness.

'Did I really want to wipe the Underground of an amazing ruler? The things I've heard was so nice... But I had to, we got this far, and we couldn't die now.' I thought.

(Author: Well except from Goat mom...)

"I've almost finished watering these flowers." He said, while holding a watering can, a sprinkle of water was coming from the tip.

"Here we are!" Asgore said turning to face my group and smiled.

"Howdy! How may I..." He started then noticed our human faces. I gave a small, weak smile. He stepped back, frowning. HE kind of looked bad, sad, and scared... Yet hopeful at the same time.

"Oh... I so badly want to say, 'Would you like a cup of tea?' But... You know how it is." Asgore said with a sad sigh. He looked out the pale-yellow stained-glass window.

"Nice day today." He said sadly.

"Birds are singing, flowers are blooming... Perfect weather for a game of catch." He said sighing.

'Asriel...?' I thought, maybe he was remembering his son.

"You know what we must do. When you are ready, come into the next room." Asgore says as my group and I followed him.

"You can do this." Matthew said as he patted my shoulder, as we continued followed Asgore down the path.

"Just think of it like... A visit to the dentist." Asgore whispered. I didn't know whether he was talking to me or himself. He hurried down the hall just wanting to get this over with, as he ducked into a large arch.

"A... Are you coming?" I asked, wanting to know. My group nodded, giving small smiles.

"Of course. We'll be here for everything." Red said happily, with Collin and Jonathan's smiles grew wider and they each gave me a high five.

"High five for good luck?" Collin asked, as I gave him and Jonathan a high five, Matthew gave me a bear hug, Juan gave me a thumbs up, and Aiden gave me a small smile and a high five.

"Thanks guys." I said smiling weakly. I took a deep breath and walked forwards. The others were through the arch already, and it was just Red and I, she was halfway through the arch.

"Wait, Red!" I called out, I walked up to her and hugged her, and she returned the hug.

"In case we don't make it..." I said we broke apart, having a small kiss, she backs up surprised and caught my hand. I smiled at her, only for her to return the kiss, but longer. Then we broke apart, getting air... We both looked into each other's eyes before finally smiling. I'd think I felt awkward and embarrassed, but really... I felt amazing! We walked in, hand-in-hand through the arch. Asgore noticed and his eyes seemed to have tears.

"Are you ready?" Asgore asked, I looked at Red before letting go of her hand, and I nodded, as Asgore smiled weakly.

"Okay." He said, with the white and grey force- field softly in front of me.

"This is the barrier." Matthew whispered in amazement.

I smiled; our future would be determined here. Seven small glass containers rose out of the floor, each has a heart from the color of the rainbow, except for red. My heart was missing, I looked at Asgore... A strange light filled the room, twilight shone through the barrier. My journey would end here.

I WAS FILLED WITH DETERMINATION.

"Human... It was nice to meet you." Asgore said in his deep voice.

"Goodbye." He says, Aiden jumped back as Asgore took out a large, red trident about three times the size of me, out of his robes.

Under his king robes, he had a full body armor on. He pointed the trident downwards, and smashed the floor behind us, so none of us wouldn't run away. His head was pointed down, shadows over his eyes, he held the trident tightly.

"Asgore, we fon't want to fight! There has to be some middle ground here!" Juan cried out. Asgore's shoulders seemed to drop, but fire came in. It surrounded us, orange flames at my group. It closed in, but my group sprinted to the right where the flames flew out of the way.

"Asgore! COME ON!" Red screamed.

"We're not going to kill you." She yelled, Asgore's breathing got all funny as fire came at us. I heard Red and Collin's screams of pain when a flame went around their ankles, burning and slowing them down, then I ducked between an open gap.

"Asgore, please." Matthew started pleading.

"STOP!" Jonathan pleaded.

Asgore's grip on the trident seemed to loosen up a little, and his fists were not so tight, tiny flames were coming from his hands. I thought it was easy enough, but then the floor turned red where I stood. I jumped out of the way in time to avoid a huge wall of fire.

A flame ball lightly burned my arm, but I rolled away from it so I wouldn't get hit that badly. Juan though, was nearly on fire. As I rolled, I felt my chest hurting more and more. I quickly searched in my bag for something to heal myself and fished out the Butterscotch Pie.

Asgore's eyes filled with tears, and he nearly let go of trident.

'You HAVE to kill him! It's the only way...'

I was holding on to the dagger really tightly with shaky hands. Aiden looked at it, and then he looked at me. He nodded, Collin and Jonathan stared at it, the happiness gone from their faces. They looked at me straight in the eye and nodded. I sprinted towards Asgore, slashing him with the knife. His eyes flashed blue, then orange. I froze in fear as the blue strike went through me with no damage, and then moved at the orange strike. Aiden was knocked to the side and screamed in pain. Juan yelled and sprinted over to the fallen friend.

I could see Aiden's pale blue heart shake as it tried to stay together, but Juan fished around in his backpack and fed a spare cinnamon bun to help Aiden, his heart stayed toagther and he weakly got up.

Asgore stared at Aiden with a sad look, as I took the opportunity to land another hit to the chest. Lines of fire appeared in front of my group and were coming at us. I got out of the way, but Juan was distracted with Aiden, and he got hit. He ate a small ice cream cone and healed. I went towards Asgore, feeling Frisk fill me with determination.

'GO on, you got him!' Frisk said, as I hit Asgore's arm, weakening him a bit, fire was coming from the ceiling, burning Matthew, and Jonathan.

They fell to the ground, but quickly ate a to-go burger and healed themselves enough to walk around quickly. I went to Asgore with all I had, hitting his leg. Rings of fire surrounding at my kind of wounded group, a gap appeared last minute. I ducked through it, but Collin was caught in the flames, as Jonathan quickly went over to heal him.

I sprinted towards Asgore, hitting his chest once again. His eyes flashed blue, orange, and then blue twice. Red and I both got his, but Red got the worst of it. She ate a small candy and healed. I hit Asgore's arm, fireballs came from the roof, and I weakly tried to get out of the way of one. I was tired, but I was determined.

"Logan!" Someone yelled, I was to slow, I was ready for the hit, but I just heard a scream of pain. Red stood in front of me, badly burnt. She gave me a weak smile before collapsing.

"Red!" One of the guys yelled and healed her, Asgore noticed, and something flashed in his eyes. Soon I stabbed his chest, just wanting to be over, he fell to the ground, resting on one knee.
