No One's Point of View
Red and Logan stumbled towards the exit of the mountain, with them hearing the footsteps of the others above them.
Logan felt the power of defeating his own dark counterpart, Logan would of fell completely if it weren't for Red being there to help him a bit.
"Logan! Are you okay?" Red asked as they were at the outside of the mountain, as she bent down.
Logan fell to the ground, his legs felt like jelly. His tongue stuck to the roof of his mouth, showing how thirsty he was.
"I-I'm okay... I'm just... Tired..." Logan weakly responded as his eyelids felt heavy like iron anvils.
Both Red and Logan stood up once again, but Logan saw Red fall to her knees, but both of them were determined to get home, they tried to walk once again.
But it ultimately failed as the locket glowed against Logan's dark stained clothes. He struggled to stay awake, as his eyes were closing every now and then, it hurts to even stay awake.
When they got to the bottom of the mountain, Red fell to her side as the sunlight was blinding them a bit.
"Red, we did it. We're finally done." Logan said laughing for a bit but... There was no response.
"Red?" He asks, but there was no response.
"Red, don't do this to me. Not now." Logan says, as once again there was no response.
He looks down at her with a mixture of shock, depression, and disbelief.
"Your sense of humor is sick!" He cried, quoting a certain flower-goat child.
"You can't... You..." Logan tried to say before he fully collapsed over onto the ground with his knees together.
Half tired and half of sadness, as he tries his best not to cry. He collapses, praying that it wasn't happening, he couldn't do this alone... He remembered Red promising him that she wouldn't die knowing that he would be alone.
Logan began panicking with a mixture of unnamed emotions, as he hears footsteps of people and monsters, friends coming, as he falls asleep, not knowing if Red was okay or not...
Logan's Point of View
'I woke up in... My bed...? How did I get here...?' I thought sitting up, I saw that Red was gone.
Soon I looked out the window to see that it was night time, and the stars were dotting the black sky. Then I turned the light on and rubbed my head...
'Was it all just a dream? Was it real? Was it a vision?' I wondered, until I heard someone's voice.
"Hey." I heard the voice say, I looked up to see Red leaning against the door frame.
"Hi." I responded smiling, happy to see that she was alright.
"W... Was that real?" I asked her, then we hear a voice.
"O-Oh my ***!" A certain orange dinosaur dressed in a 'Mew Mew Kissy Cutie' t-shirt and skirt said passing Red.
"You're awake!" Alphys said looking shocked.
"I thought you two were goners, and Mettaton even tried to cry, and I didn't know if you were alive or not, so I nearly had a panic attack and-" She started.
"Alphys, we're okay. Thank you, nice shirt by the way." Red said calming her down, with me sitting up completely.
As the two of us smiled. Alphys adjusted her glasses and smiled back at us. All her awkwardness was gone, Undyne was probably the reason for that.
"Hey punks! Looks like you're awake, huh?" Undyne's voice said as her smile brightened the room as she strolled in next to Alphys, and I smiled.
"Hey." I said waving, as Undyne placed an arm around Alphys.
Well, never mind, the nervousness was back. Alphys started to sweat, but tried to keep her cool by getting her head on her elbow on the bed, yet awkwardly missed.
As Red, who was now sitting next to me, laughed a bit.
"HALT! IS THERE A PARTY IN THERE? WITHOUT ME?" A familiar sharp voice, asked in the doorway, startling me for a bit.
"Hey, Pap." Red said giggling for a bit, as Papyrus came in, a hand above his head in a waving manner.
"HUMANS! THE HUMANS ARE OKAY! HOORAY!" Papyrus said smiling, as Red laughed.
"YES, PAPYRUS!" Red tried to imitate his voice, Papyrus looked around in a puzzled look.
"WHERE IS THIS PAPYRUS IMPOSTER? THERE IS ONLY ONE GREAT PAPYRUS! WAIT... SOMEONE'S IMITATING ME? SOMEONE LIKES ME ENOUGH TO IMITATE ME? WOWIE!" Papyrus said smiling some more.
"heya. did I hear someone got better?" Sans asked smiling, as Toriel was on her phone next to him. She looked up and gasped, seeing the heart locket finally.
"My children...!" She said rushing to our side.
"Are you hurt? Are you okay? You're alive! And you passed out... Can you feel this? What about this?" Toriel asks, as she tapped my elbows and Red's knees.
Then we the the other boys smiling at us, near the doorway where they were standing next to Asgore.
"Toriel, we're okay. It's okay!" I assured her smiling, and Toriel laughs.
But by the look of Asgore, he silently sheds a tear behind Sans, staring at the glowing locket. He couldn't bring himself to words.
He saw Frisk lying where I was, them Chara with those buttercups stuffed in their mouths, and then just grey dust.
He blinked and saw me again, talking and smiling, he smiled himself. No more death, no more grief.
"hey, uh... I think Red and Logan might need some time alone." Sans said, seeing the bags under our eyes, he understood tiredness.
I gave him a small smile in thanks, then the monsters left, as I looked at Red.
"I thought you were dead back there... You didn't respond to me, and I just... Remembered the promise we made, and..." I started looking at her, and she looked at me.
"I'm sorry for making you worry so much." She responds, playing with my brown hair.
"No, no it's okay. I just... I didn't know what to do." I said smiling.
"If I lost you, after all of that, I..." I started as Red wrapped her arms around me and stopped my words with a sudden kiss.
I kissed back. And as I looked away for a split second, opening my eyes to see the mountain against the night sky.
The tree on the top of that mountain, I smiled back into the kiss. Everything would be okay, no more pain, and no more grief.
