Logan's Point of View
I saw the child's murderous, red eyes inch slightly inch closer to Aiden. The most innocent and kind person here, the easiest catch, not again.
I thought as I jumped in front of Aiden. I blocked AIden with my bidy, ready to be taken over. But the child, Chara, hit me.
I wasn't possessed, Chara couldn't take my determination as long as I was kind and protective. I only felt her hit me.
Chara wasn't a ghost anymore. Chara was real. They retreated, a wide smile on their face.
The smile showed on their face, the smile showed a sharp thing was ready to slice. Jonathan and Juan were protected by each other.
"Collin!" Matthew pulled Collin backwards, but that Red was undefended.
She quickly sprinted around the corner and upstairs, the monsters already escaped.
"Red! We can't let Chara get through the barrier!" Juan yelled.
"No!" I said sprinting after Chara and Red, she was trapped in a corner on the wide purple door, it was locked.
"You Idiot!" Chara spoke, their tone haunting.
"Did you really think I'd let you escape so easily? And when you have a little something of mine?" Chara said smiling widely, Red was shrinking back.
My hand flew over to the heart locket, my only defense, like a shield. I felt it beat like it was real and glow like my own heart did. It no longer said. 'Best Friends Forever!'
It was plain and simple, a nearly invisible heart in a string, and it belonged to Chara, I held it.
"Leave her alone! She doesn't have it!" I stated, Red took the opportunity to sprint around Chara.
Chara, however, jumped on her and dove her hand through her chest, snatching her purple heart, Red looked at all of us shocked, since her hood was down.
Chara, please!" I yelled.
"No!" Collin yelled sprinting towards them, Jonathan and Matthew's hands attempted to catch him, but ultimately failed.
"Agh!" Red fell to the floor, looking at me sadly.
Where her purple heart should have been, was a black void. Suddenly, the black formed to show a melting, dark heart.
Then she looked down to the floor in pain, hunched over, her head twitched in pain.
Suddenly, she looked up, her jacket looking torn and left with edges. They were covered with red, and showed the bottom of her black shirt, later showing her smile with sharp teeth and becoming pale.
Her multi-colored hair suddenly turning completely red, and the rest of her clothes were dusted red. In her hand grew a reaper, which dripped with vengeance, later she laughed.
"And to think, I was afraid of you hurting me!" Red was laughing again. I stood there, feeling my view on reality and the world shatter into a million pieces.
"R... Red...?" I whispered, I blinked and saw the real Red reaching out for me, silently reaching out for me, as well as silently screaming for me to run.
'RUN! GET HELP!' I see her mouth to me, as I stepped backwards as Chara smiled.
"Your determination can't help you now, can it?" Chara said.
"RED!" Collin shouted to her, but Chara was on his leg. His eyes rolled up into his head as he fell to the floor on his knees.
He looked down, shadows covering his eyes. His head looked up to show red surrounding his eyes. I saw the real Collin screaming at me to run away, tears in his eyes.
"This is the end." They echoed each other, Collin's teeth are now pointed.
'RUN! PLEASE!' I blinked and saw the real versions of them screaming, I stepped forwards.
"I'm not scared of you." I stated.
