They had already left the river and changed clothes, but somehow, it was helpless.

Among the guys, Kristee couldn't get over Rainier's physique. He looked freaking hot wearing those board shorts and a plain white shirt. His chest was firm, and his biceps were still showing beneath the thin fabric.

She tried not to stare.

She failed.

The road was still dusty when they left the hidden river.

Their jeep bounced along the rough provincial road, sending little clouds of dust behind them. Everyone was tired, sun-kissed, hungry, and somehow happier than they had been in the city.

They spent the rest of the day harvesting all kinds of fruits in Jun's farm.

They picked mangoes, bananas, coconuts, and whatever else they could reach.

Marco complained every time a branch scratched him.

Floyd kept taking pictures of himself with a mango in his hand.

Jun laughed at them while teaching them how to properly harvest the fruits.

Even Rainier, who usually preferred staying behind his camera, eventually joined them.

They had known each other even better because of those experiences.

They were no longer just boys who met after school.

They were becoming brothers.

Kristee also became closer to them.

She realized that they were actually nice and caring.

They teased each other constantly, but whenever one of them needed help, the others were always there.

It made her compare what she really felt for Rainier.

Maybe she had changed her mind.

Maybe she was falling for him.

Or maybe she was simply fascinated by someone she couldn't easily have.

She didn't know yet.

The next day was their third day of staying in the province

The next day was their third day of staying in the province.

And something unexpected was about to happen.

Jun's uncle had arrived all the way from Brazil.

From harvesting mangoes, they saw a blue van parked in front of the old mansion.

Jun immediately recognized it.

"That's my uncle!"

He hurriedly ran toward the house.

"Uncle George! How are you?"

He hugged his uncle tightly.

It had been years since they had seen each other.
