YOUR FIRST LOVE IS YOUR FUTURE
How do you overcome the uncertainties of loving someone so deeply?
Is your first love the person you're meant to spend forever with-or the heartbreak you'll carry into your future?
For Rainier and Alexine, love begins...
"Sorry." Kristee immediately let go of him when she realized Rainier was suffering from back pain.
Alexine apologized to everyone. She thanked Rainier again.
"Thank you for rescuing me back there, Rainier."
They appeared sweet together.
"Mukhang okay lang naman si Rainier," Marco teased.
Alexine's face was indescribable, but she was obviously blushing. She tried to hide her embarrassment from their teasing. Rainier almost smiled.
Jun noticed.
It was a small thing—a barely noticeable smile from Rainier—but Jun saw it. He had known his best friend long enough to recognize when something truly mattered to him.
And Alexine mattered.
Perhaps more than Jun wanted to admit.
He watched the two of them for a moment. Alexine's shy smile, Rainier's quiet eyes, the way they seemed to forget everyone else was standing around them.
Something tightened in Jun's chest.
He looked away.
He had no right to feel jealous.
Rainier was his best friend.
Alexine was his childhood friend.
And yet, somewhere deep inside him, there had always been a small, carefully hidden part of his heart that belonged to her.

"Jun?"
He quickly looked up.
Kristee was already walking away. She couldn't stand being around them anymore.
Marco noticed how she reacted to the situation. He knew exactly what was happening.
Kristee was jealous.
'How unforgivable. That Alexine is flirting with my Rainier.'
Angelina let out a tired sigh.
"I think Angelina is tired. Let's go inside the house," Floyd suggested.
Everyone agreed.
"Jun, there's something I must tell you..."
Alexine's expression suddenly changed. She looked worried.
"What is it, Alex?"
"I still have to finish some chores."
"But you just got injured."
Jun felt a quiet disappointment in his heart.
He wanted her to stay.
He wanted to spend the rest of the afternoon with her, just as they used to when they were children. He wanted to hear her laugh again, tease her about the things they used to do, and maybe steal a few more moments with her before she had to leave.
