Marinette pov..
So today was a special day. Today was the day we all have been waiting for. Today is grace's birthday. Adrien and I have been planning this for a weeks. But when we talked about the details yesterday. He was so excited and also happy .

When I told him about how thankful I am for him. He started to smile and blush more than I have ever seen him.
I'm pretty sure he noticed me when I was looking at his mother's pictures. Im pretty sure he knew that I was in his office but he never actually told me..

Anyways today was grace's 5th birthday officially. To be honest I want this birthday to be very special for her. I want her to jump for joy.

And also im going to break the news that we got the papers officalized so that grace's is our daughter. Well yeah adrien and I thought about it very hard.

And we love each other very much. Why not add grace into our life as well. So maybe towards the end of her fantastic birthday party we will tell her that she is our officially daughter.

When I walked into my room I saw grace hugging the uncorn pillow I got her while we were trying to save adrien a couple days back. I layed bedside her and started to wake her up slowly . She rolled over and smiled at me and started to speak.

Grace " yay it's my birthday" she said happily.

Marinette " happy birthday grace. Im so glad you are 5 now." I said smiling.

Grace" I have a question Marinette? Can we eat breakfast together before you leave?."

*Marinette giggles and looks back at grace*

Marinette " I don't go to work today silly. I'm off for your birthday 🎂."

Grace jumps up in my arms and smiles at me. We started to play around for a bit and laugh . We stared at the ceiling and started to talk some more*

Marinette " hey grace? Wanna go eat out for your birthday?"

Grace " really we can go eat out?". She smiles happily.

Marinette " yeah you are the birthday girl. Come on lets get ready so we can go eat some nice breakfast 😋."

Meanwhile with alya ...

Alya pov..
I woke up to a loud bussing noise on my phone. I didn't realize Marinette was calling me until I looked. I answered the phone and we started to talk..

Marinette " morning alya"

Alya " hey good morning girl . What are you doing up so early this morning?"

Marinette " well i wanted to ask if you and nino would be interested in joining us for breakfast this morning. We have a special birthday in the house. It is grace's birthday i thought i would invite you guys? So what do you say?"

Alya " oh yeah of course I would love to come spend some quality time with you two. And of course come spend time with the birthday girl. Where are you taking her to eat?"

Marinette "well i thought denny's would be the best place to take her to eat. They even have a birthday special..."
