chapter fifty-six pregnancy reveal party part 2

Marinette's pov...
Today is the day that we reveal the gender to our friends and family. It was hard to keep this secret to all of them for a while. But it would totally be worth it though. I mean it was truly amazing when I found out I was pregnant. I  know it was probably unexpected for adrien. At first I thought he was probably going to be angry and upset about how this little accident. But he was more excited than I was. It was truly interesting but mostly shocking...

Anyways as I looked at the reservation list for our guests coming to the reveal party. I wanted to make sure everyone was invited and was on the list. I felt like Santa checking his list twice for the little kids. It was truly exhausting but amazing at the same time.

Once I started to get to prepare more for the party. Adrien came out of the room with grace. They were both smiling at me like they always do. I always wondered if grace was related to adrien because of her beautiful green eyes and unique blonde hair. I would have never thought about it though until now. She is truly a gift from the heavens.

Adrien came over and hugged me from behind. While I was still preparing for our guests to arrive for the party. He started to sweet talk me out of doing anything because of my belly.

Adrien" honey i think you should stop for a while and rest. I want to help you out. Princess please can't you take five minutes away from being super decorated and look at me?" He said with a smirk on his face.

Marinette"  uhh a-adrien not in front of grace." I moaned his hame out loud.

Adrien smirked and gently kissed her neck softly. He started to whisper in her ear.

Adrien " im sorry Marinette. I just wanted to tease you for a bit. You are both my lovely babies. " he grabbed Marinette gently and grabbed grace as well. They all started to laugh ...

(Well if you didn't know laughter is the best medicine for somethings-)

Grace's pov...
I can't believe this im going to be a big sister for this little baby. I wonder how big the baby has gotten inside of my mom's belly. I wish my other mommy could see how happy I am right now. She would probably be happy and bouncing up and down.

-Flashbacks-

When my mom was alive. If we were celebrating something special. My  mother would always out on some music and smile at my dad and I. She would start to dance around the couch.

Sometimes I wish she wouldn't have died like that. I cried hard for her in that hospital. Marinette really did save me from seeing her at the time she was slowly fading far away from her only child. 

Her smile was brighter than the sun itself. My father was terrible towards her. I always wished for her to live a peaceful life and wouldn't have to deal with all of this fighting towards my father and her.
