chapter fourty two - the random messages/ attack ...

Marinette's pov..
As I woke up from my beautiful sleep and saw grace and adrien cuddling me. I smiled at the both of them and tried my hardest not to wake them up. They had a lot of fun celebrating grace's birthday and she ate a lot of junk food after that. She was so happy when she saw her big suprise. Adrien smiled so big it almost made him cry a little in the outside . But he was mostly excited to see her reaction the best.

But as i walked out of ny room and into the kitchen. My phone buzzed and I picked it up and it said "unknown number " . And at the time i really wasn't in the mood so I layed my phone back on the counter. But my phone continued to buzz and that's when I put my ph9ne on mute.

As i started to ignore my phone adrien woke up and came to me and hugged me from behind...

Adrien's pov....

I rolled out of the bed and saw Marinette standing there. She looked like she metal exhausted but mostly tired. So I Hugged her from behind and she was starled. We started to giggle at each other. Then I started to talk to her...

Adrien " morning beautiful how are ya this morning?"

Marinette " Im okay but I'm kind of worried about something ?? "

Adrien " what are you worried about exactly? "

Marinette shows adrien her phone with all the strange messages. Saying this " why aren't you texting my back baby ??"
"Hello are you there love?" They both looked at each other. Adrien started to clear his thoughts without trying to get mad or upset. He started to speak...

Adrien " Marinette your nit cheating are you ?"

Marinette " I would never. I know you probably don't believe me right now but I love you and that little girl more than anything. So no I wouldn't dare to cheat on you....

Adrien " well if you don't know where the texts are coming from then ?? What do you have Felix's number in your phone?"

Marinette" i haven't had his number since high school ? But now that I think about it . When he kidnapped me he could have put his phone number back in my phone ." * she turns and looks at him sadly *

Adrien " Marinette don't worry we will figure this out together. I am here for you and grace. Please whatever you need I will be here no matter what. "

* Marinette sighed and laid on Adrien's shoulder and looked at at him *

Back to Adrien's pov..

Since I had no clue what to do about Marinette's problem. I wanted to a t least make her feel better. So I looked at her and kissed her soft lips to keep her distracted. Unfortunately grace woke up and saw us and ran up behind us and hugged both of our legs. I picked her up and started to smilr and giggle with her for a bit.

As i looked at the clock it was almost 10:00 am. It was almost time to get ready to leave for work. I started to talk with them both.

Marinette " so grace what do y I y want to do today ?? "

Grace " well can I come to work with you two today ?? "
