Another day began. Today is Saturday so I finally have a chance to rest. Today there is a party in my and Charli's apartment. All our classmates and our other friends will come. Additionally, my old friends from Chicago will also come. I am very happy that I will finally meet them and tell them about everything that is happening with me. You're probably wondering about my situation with Bryce. Our relationship looks strange. We are not a couple, we don't talk to each other, but sometimes suddenly there comes a moment that we want each other. Strange right? I still don't know if I have feelings for him. My feelings have never been as complicated as they are now. The party starts in an hour and a half. We have everything ready. Now we are just waiting for the guests. I've been thinking lately about how much my life has changed since I moved to LA. I've always been a quiet, calm, even a little shy girl. Now I go to parties, dress bolder and have a "friends with benefits" relationship with the most popular boy in school. Incredible. My thoughts were interrupted by Charli.

- Honey, you're my best friend so I have to tell you something. Me and Chase are a couple. - she said happily

- Wow! Really? Congratulations! I wish you luck. - I hugged my friend

- You don't even know how happy I am, because I have liked Chase for a long time. - she explained to me

- I know.. And who proposed the relationship?- I asked

- He. Yesterday.  - she replied satisfied

Our conversation about the love of my friend and Hudson continued for a long time. Suddenly we heard a knock on the door. We went to see who it was. The guests have already come. Everyone greeted us and then went deeper into the apartment. Only my friends from Chicago are not there yet. They will be here in a moment. I went to pour myself some lemonade. Suddenly I felt someone touch my shoulder. I looked to the side, it was Hall.

- Hi. - I said, wondering what he wanted from me this time

- You heard that our best friends are a couple?- He asked

- Yes. Charli told me. - I announced

- It's a sign. - He replied and then he went to his buddies

I stood motionless for a moment, wondering what Bryce meant. What did he mean? After a while I shook myself because I heard a loud knock on the door. I put down the cup in which I had my drink and went to greet the new guests. I am very happy to see my friends from Chicago again. One thing surprised me. What the hell are Lucas and Charles doing here? I hate these two. Lucas is my ex-boyfriend, whom I had a lot of trouble with later, Charles is Charli's ex-boyfriend, they broke up when she moved to LA with me. I didn't say hello to them, but immediately went to tell Charli that they were here. As expected, she was also not satisfied with their presence here.  However, we decided to completely ignore it and have a great time at today's party.

The party got better and better every minute. Our friend Harry played brilliant music on the loudspeakers, to which we danced brilliantly. From what I saw, all the guests were delighted. I was just sitting on the couch and talking to my friend from Chicago and telling her about life here. Camila, on the other hand, told me about her plans for the future and about the development of her father's company. I perfectly remember how me and she used to love to watch her father work. We dreamed that in the future we would be able to fight for our dreams as much as he did. Or we liked to listen to his interesting stories from his childhood. He is a wonderful man. It's so nice to hear now how happy he is now. Then my old friend Paul joined the conversation. He told me that he had a new girlfriend and that he was planning to move in with her. It was great to hear that he is finally happy. I remember Paul always felt the fact that he was single. He didn't have a girlfriend for a long time, and he told himself he was hopeless. I remember always comforting him. Then I knew exactly what he felt because I used to be a shy girl and almost no boy paid attention to me. That is why Paul and I understood each other perfectly. A moment later Charli came up to us and told me to go and dance with her. Lots of people were dancing so I decided to join them as well. My friend and I entered the dance floor and we had a great time together.

The party continued. Me and my buddies stood to the side and watched the dancing people. Suddenly Charli and Addison joined the dance. I started staring at Addi's movements. She moves so perfectly. I couldn't take my eyes off her. Suddenly, Chase and I saw two boys approaching Addison and D'Amelio. One of them grabbed Addi by the waist. She didn't seem pleased with his move. We continued to observe the situations. They were talking about something. The girls looked nervous and stressed. We saw those guys staring at the girls. We decided to take action. Me and Chase walked over to the talking four. Everyone looked at us.

- What's up? - Chase asked, looking at Charlie

- We are explaining the past , right girls?- one of them said

- What exactly are the matters? - Hudson asked

- It's none of your business. It's between Charli and me and Lucas and Addison.- one of those strange boys replied dryly

I was quiet so far. I watched this strange situation. Both girls looked very stressed. I just wonder why..

- And how do you know these girls anyway? - I asked suddenly

- We'd better finish this conversation, I think. - Addison said stressed

- No no no. Come on tell them who I am to you.. - said an angry boy named Lucas

- Shut the hell up. - Addison said in a raised voice.

- Because what will you do to me? Are you so afraid of the truth? You don't want others to find out so much? - Lucas said as he approached Addison

- Don't come near me. - she whispered

- Or what? - he asked again, more and more furiously

- Because then you will have a problem with me and then you will ask God for help. - I answered for Addison.

I grabbed the blonde's hand and we left her apartment. I have to talk to her. We walked out in front of the building where she lives.

- Now tell me what was that supposed to be? Who it was? And what did he want from you? - I was talking more seriously than usual

- Bryce, thank you for your help, but there are things I can't tell you. I apologize you.- she replied sadly

- But understand that I'm worried about you. - I said stroking her cheek with my finger

- Thank you, but you can't help me with that. I apologize you. - She said and she started to come back to the building

- Wait. - I said

I turned quickly. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her tightly against me. Our bodies were touching. She looked confused as I was staring at her like the most beautiful painting in the world. I slowly started to get closer to her. Of course, someone had to interrupt us. This is Amelia. Addison looked at her unhappy. Why does someone always have to interrupt us?

- What are you doing here? - Amelia asked

- Nothing special. - I replied moving away from the blonde

- Oh, Addison, I  just spoke to a boy named Lucas, he told me a very interesting story, you know? - Amelia said confidently

The blonde looked at her with horror. Suddenly she ran to her apartment. Of course, I ran after her. She immediately went to Lucas. I stood a little further but just enough to hear the conversation.

- Lucas!! - Addi shouted at him

- I've warned you many times. - he replied emotionally

- You are pathetic. - she announced

- And you are even sexier than you were before. I'd love to see you otherwise.- Lucas replied coming closer to her

- You can dream but your dream will never come true. - Addison replied then went to Charli

I clenched my fists. I wonder who the hell he is and why Addison is afraid of him. But I won't let her hurt
