Walking out of the kitchen, I couldn't help but release the biggest breath. Never in my life have I ever witnessed Noah trying to be...extra hot and never in my life have I ever thought it would work on me.

"Thinking about Noah?" Casey whispered, as she walked by me and towards the bathroom. There's so many good things about Casey but one of her downfalls...drama. The girl LIVES in it and once she knows something...that something is ALL she knows.

Rolling my eyes...at the truth of her statement, mostly, I grabbed another drink and headed out to the pool, where the party had ended up gathering. Throwing my legs in the pool, I scooted a little further back on the edge, as I never really trusted the boys when it came to situations like these.

"So, it's your birthday in a couple of days." Tayler mentioned, pushing his way through the water and placing his hands on either side of my body.

"And?" I asked, letting out a laugh.

"And...you're going to be 19. What are we going to do for it?"

"Oh, so this is a 'we' thing?"

"It's soon going to be a 'me' thing if you don't tell me what you want to do." He stated, lifting up a hand-full of water and dropping it onto my leg.

"I don't know Tayler," I said, placing my hands on his shoulders. "Honestly, this right here," Looking around, the boys were all tackling each other in the water and the girls were all huddled in the corner taking pictures but the night was still perfect. "is exactly what I want."

"Did I hear 'birthday'?" Bryce said, diverting his attention towards me and Tayler. "Cause mine's coming up before yours, Regs and I can tell you one thing, if every single person invited is not fucked up, we're going to have to try again."

Letting out a laugh, I looked down at Tayler, his eyes were focused on Bryce as he laughed and I couldn't help but enjoy every second of it. Sure, these boys can be problematic as all hell but at the end of the day, they make me laugh and that's something I'd like to hold onto. The sound of my phone going off brought me back into reality so I hopped up from the edge of the pool and headed over to it.

Seeing a mention from Instagram, I opened up the notification and I didn't know whether I should have been upset or happy. Casey posted a photo of Tayler and I in the pool on her story and that could really only mean one thing; my phone was going to be blowing up with mentions of 'Tegan' but because the picture was so nice...I wasn't all that mad about it. Looking over at Casey, I saw her devilish grin and I just knew she was enjoying teasing everyone way too much.

Taking a sip of my drink as I looked up, I couldn't help but do the biggest spit-take of my life as Noah walked out of the house and towards the pool, hovering over the edge. Sure, Noah's face is gorgeous but not enough to make you spit-take...his body however...attractive enough to make you spit-take.

"What the hell did you do that for?" Jaden asked, walking over to me and grabbing a towel from the chair.

"I just um...made it a little strong. Caught me by surprise." I lied, trying but failing to look anywhere other than at Noah.

"You know what else caught you by surprise?" Nick asked, popping up behind me. Before I could answer, I heard a quiet "This" and suddenly my drink was being grabbed from my hand and my body was colliding into another's before hitting the water.

"Well, that's one way to get me in the pool, Regan." Hearing his voice, I wiped the water from my face before opening my eyes and staring right at Noah's face. He shook his head to move his hair from his face as he let out a laugh.

"Well it's just like all the girls say, Noah," I began, as I walked past Noah and towards the stairs. "can't get wet without you." Turning around as I walked up the stairs, I smiled at how cute an awkward Noah was and I couldn't help but let out a giggle, grabbing a towel and heading inside.
