The drive back to his place was quiet. Jungkook never questioned me as to what happened or forced me to talk in any way. He just reached out his hand and let me hold tight to it as we drove to his building.

When we walked into the dorm, some of the guys were sitting in the living room and didn't run to me as they usually do, but kindly said hi and went about doing their own thing. I wondered if Jungkook had mentioned something to them.

When we reached his room, he closed the door behind him and then walked over to a bag, pulling out the pair of boxing gloves that I had used before and tossed them on the bed.

"Do you need anything to change into?" He asked and I just smiled and held up my bag. "You remember where the bathroom is right?" I nodded and walked out of his room and to the bathroom putting on my leggings I had brought along with a comfortable sports bra and tank top. I pulled my hair up and walked back to Jungkook's room.

"Ready?" He asked as he put on the sparring mitts and I put on the gloves. He reminded me how to stand and went through a punching pattern with me, instructing me on my form and how to improve it. I was starting to feel comfortable with everything and relax a little, but as I went to punch again, a flash of Jay came to mind, but I shook it away and punched again only to have his face appear once more.

Jay was angry and I was scared, like always. He came home drunk and for once, I was the sober one right now. I had been practicing all day and was really tired, but he wanted more from me.

"I don't ask anything of you, except to be pleased by my woman when I get home." Jay yelled.

"I told you that I'm tired and you're drunk." I yelled back at him. As soon as the words left my mouth, I knew things were only going to get worse.

Jay stomped closer to me, putting his hand around my neck and pushing me up against the wall, squeezing his fingers around my windpipe.

"What did you just say to me?" His eyes were on fire with hatred and disgust and I wondered why he still wanted me if he thought this way of me.

I tried to pry his fingers from my neck, but he only squeezed tighter and then grabbed my wrist, throwing it against the wall. I was too afraid to say anything and my heart was racing. His face came closer to mine as his lips brushed against my ear.

"You are mine." He whispered and then continued to leave rough kisses on my neck as his now free hand moved to my waist and under the shirt I was wearing.

"Please Jay, stop." I pleaded, but he ignored me, like he always did and continued to do what he wanted.

I pulled away from Jungkook and ripped the gloves off my hands, throwing them to the ground and covered my face with my hands wanting the memories, the nightmares, to go away. I felt hands on my shoulders and instinctively jumped back and looked up at who had touched me. Jungkook stood there with hands in the air.

"I'm sorry." He said and I could tell he was concerned and confused.

Turning around, I willed the tears away and tried to control my racing heart and my erratic breathing. He didn't try to touch me again, but his voice was so soothing.

"Deep breath in and out Riley. In.....and out." I listened and followed along to his words and my breath matched whatever he told me to do. I sat down on the floor with my back against his bed. He sat down next to me, but just far enough away, giving me the space he thought I needed right now.

"I keep seeing his face. I thought I was getting better, but then talking things over with the attorney...it all came back. Everytime I close my eyes, he's there." I brought my knees to my chest and wrapped my arms around them.
