Chapter 6 The end of Adventure

Susie POV:

I woke up in a dark cold cell, chains around my wrists. I saw (Y/N) next to me. He had similar accomodation. "Ugh my head? What happened?" I thought before remembering. I had told Lancer we would crush our enemies and he flipped out. We then chased him down and we were ambushed before ending up in here. I sighed and looked over at (Y/N). "You alright dork?" I asked him. "Yeah, just a bit banged up" he replied. "Arright, well here lemme help ya out there" I said breaking out of my shackles easily. "Cool, now me" (Y/N) said. "...Fine but only cuz Kris and Ralsei would do it anyway" I said rolling my eyes. I broke (Y/N)'s shackles off and he rubbed his wrists. "Thanks Susie" He said with a smile. "Your welcome".

We saw a guard come over to us, I assumed he had a key. "Hey dude, c'mere" I whispered. The ruddin walked over to us. "Hey, mind getting me something?" I asked them. "Well... your a prisoner and I really shouldn't... okay I guess one request couldn't hurt. What is it?" They asked. "Come closer" I said. They did and when they were within arms reach... *Slam!* I smashed them into the cell bars. I took a key and then opened the door before tossing their body in the trash. "Ugh great a puzzle" I sighed as (Y/N) walked next to me. I heard talking, sounded like it was coming from another cell... it really distracted me. "Hey, idiots! Can you shut up?!" I asked. "I'm trying you concentrate!" I added bearing my teeth.

"S-Susie?! Where are you?!" Ralsei asked me. "I dunno, prison?" I asked with a smirk. "Seriously though I'm outta my cell" I informed them. "Me too!" (Y/N) added. "Yeah I freed the nerd... you guys were gonna anyway" I replied. "Anyway I sweet-talked the warden into giving me the keys" I added. "Susie really?! How?" Ralsei asked. "I uh, 'invited' him to visit the trash can" I replied. "Anyway now there's a puzzle in the way" I sighed. "Here Susie I can help" (Y/N) offered. "Look I don't NEED your help nerd... but if you say it uh outloud... I won't stop you" I added hoping he would do it. "Okay, do a spade, do a heart, swap it and spade" (Y/N) instructed. The door opened. "Yes we did it!" I exclaimed. "Great! now come free us!" Ralsei said. "Alright alright!" I said before me and (Y/N) walked through the door. 

"Alright... out of the cell... where to go to next?" I sighed. "Yep, hmm let's go right" (Y/N) suggested. "Aight" I said before walking right. "Damn, dead end" I cursed before walking the other way. I heard talking, it was... "That's Lancer's voice" I said before walking to the door. "Damn, not another one of these!" I cursed. "And make sure they-" Lancer said. "Understand? They have to stay in their cells, the lighteners can't be allowed to escape" He said. "...Especially the purple one" He added. I felt my heart sink... and my blood boil. "...Lancer?" I asked. The guard walked off. "S...Susie?" He asked. "W-What are you doing here?" He asked after. (Y/N) walked next to me. "Kris and Ralsei are still locked up" He stated. "Yeah!" I said backing him up.

Lancer looked down in shame. "I... I know" He said making me more pissed off. "I.... I was the one who ordered my troops to put you down here" Lancer said. I snapped. "To... to keep you down here... forever" He finally finished. "L-Lancer you... you... you wanted to get rid of us?!" I asked pissed as hell. I sighed and frowned. "I thought we were a team" I added. "I... I can explain Susie-" I cut Lancer off. "It's fine actually... You don't have to say anything... I get it, I get it ya know" I replied finally knowing the truth. "Why would anyone... really wanna be my friend anyway?" I asked. He recoiled back. "Susie that's not-" I cut him off again. "Shut up" I said.
"But-" I did care. "SHUT UP!" I yelled, my teeth showing. "Get out of my way" I demanded. "No..." Lancer resisted. I laughed at his futile attempt. "Did you not HEAR ME?!" I snarled. "Man I tried to warn you... So, don't expect me to feel guilty... when they have to clean you off the floor" I growled getting ready to fight.

"Hey, wanna see what happens to traitors?" I asked Lancer. I swung my ax hitting him hard. He attacked and I dodged. "They.Get.Crushed" I explained before hitting him again. "If you don't get out of my way... I'll kill you" I told the jackass. "Get it? I'll kill you" I snapped. I attacked again and Lancer missed me. "Heh... you missed idiot!" I said before I brought my sword down again... there was a loud clang and my ax was locked with (Y/N)'s sword. "(Y-Y/N)? Your siding with him!?!" I asked, I felt my anger surge... but also sadness. "I thought you were my fucking friend for once! But... no one likes a bully huh?" I asked. "NO! I am your friend... but Lancer needs to explain. And if he is unworthy of your mercy... then you can kill him" (Y/N) said. "..... Fine" I sighed before putting my ax away. "Make it fucking quick" I said. "S-Susie... if I let you guys go... then... Then you and my dad will fight, and... and... You'll kill each other" Lancer said sadly. "At least if you stay here... no one will get hurt" Lancer explained. "Then I... I... I won't kill him promise" I told Lancer. "Me and him, we'll just, um... Talk it out. Peaceful style. ya know" I told him.
