Chapter 23 Snowdin part 1

(Y/N) POV:

I woke up in my bed with Susie sleeping next to me as I felt my face become a blushing mess. I got up a bit but Susie then grabbed me tight making me blush more. "mmmiiinneee" She muttered in her sleep. "Ohmygoshshe'ssocute!" I screamed in my head. I cuddled up against Susie and then decided to stay there for a while. Minutes later Susie let go of me and opened her mouth wide yawning. "Mmmmh g'morning dork. Aye why ya clinging to me so tight?" She asked. "Susie you were the one clinging to me when I tried to get out of bed" I explained to her.

I swore I saw Susie blush and she shook her head. "N-No way ya dork. Come on let's uh go get some food or something... isn't it a school day?" Susie asked. "No idea" I said before looking outside. It had snowed a frigging ton. "Susie there's like 1 foot of snow on the ground!" I exclaimed looking out the window. "F'real?!" Susie asked grinning. "Aww hell yeah!" She said picking me up then hugging me. "Heh, so what should we do first?" Susie asked. "Eat and then go do stuff in the snow" I replied. "Alright" Susie said with a grin before putting me down and then both of us walked downstairs.

I changed into my winter wear and held the door for Susie. "Ladies first" I said. Susie pushed me through and chuckled. "I am no lady dork" She chuckled before closing the door. I started walking a bit before I heard a thud and felt something hit my back. It was a snowball and Susie as just laughing. "Ohhh okay, snowball fight then" I said with a smirk as I picked up some snow and made it spherical before yeeting it at Susie. Susie dodged it and then made more. I did the same and started throwing. Some missed and some hit while Susie hit me almost every time.

She chuckled and kept throwing. "Ya suck at this!" She said laughed. "Shush Susie" I said before tossing a snowball. It hit her square in the face. "Oh shit Susie I'm so sorry" I said running over to her. Susie shook off the snow and smirked. "Bad idea gettin close" She chuckled before tackling me into the snow. "Umpf. Haha, your childish you know that?" I asked Susie. "Am not, I'm just having some childhood fun is all" Susie simply replied shrugging off what I had said. "Suuure" I replied. "Aye I am no child" Susie said showing her teeth a bit. "Yeah okay. Your cute though" I said making her get off me. "Sh-shut up I'm not" Susie said.

Susie POV:

"Oh you are. Don't even try to deny it" (Y/N) said brushing my hair back. I felt my face heat up a bit. "Nah, I ain't" I said shaking my head and making my hair go back to normal. "Suit yourself" He replied getting up. I smirked and threw a small last snowball at (Y/N). "I win dork" I simply said after with a slight smile. "Yeah yeah I know Susie" He said simply. I just grinned and hugged him before getting back up. (Y/N) Got up too and smiled. "Heh you know what we should do next?" He asked. "Hmm?" I asked. "Snow fort" He said with a chuckle. "Heck yeah dude" I said grinning before starting to gather up some snow. (Y/N) did the same and together we started work on it.

After a little while it was done. "Heh nice" I said before hopping inside. (Y/N) sat in next to me. "Heh a lil cramped but hey at least we can be close together" He said with a smirk before wrapping an arm around me. "O-Oh shush ya dork" I said before giving him a quick nuggie. "Heyyy cut it out" He said fake pouting. "Heh alright fine" I replied before kissing his cheek making him blush a bit. He did the same and then I felt heat rise to my own face a bit. "Ya dork" I simply said before nuzzling my snout against his face. It felt nice and warm against my cold scales. "Dang Susie you feel cold. Do you need to warm up?" he asked me. "Erm a lil" I admitted. "It's mostly cuz ma scales don't trap much heat" I replied.

"Well whenever you wanna go inside just tell me" (Y/N) said hugging me. I nodded before getting up and then tossing another snow ball. (Y/N) dodged it and stayed in the fort throwing some at me. "Hey no fair!" I said with a chuckle. "All is fair in war" He replied.

(Timeskip)

We both walked into the house and took off our winter wear. "Ahhh it's nice and warm in here" I sighed before sitting down on the couch. (Y/N) sat next to me and smiled. "Hello you two. Thought you might want some hot chocolate after all that time outside" His mom said handing us each a cup. "Thanks Mrs. (L/N)" I said smiling before drinking the warm drink. It tasted pretty good actually. I had never drank any before. "Mmh this is good" I said drinking. "Yeah. Just don't burn your tongue" (Y/N) warned me. "Relax I won't I said brushing it off.

(Y/N) POV:

I smiled as I had Susie next to me and had small sips of my hot chocolate. Today had honestly been amazing with her and I am so glad that it snowed. "So Susie, will you stay the night again?" I asked her. "Hell yeah dude. Being with you was amazing today" She said before hugging me. "Nice. I love you Susie" I whispered in her ear. "Love ya too dork" She replied. Any time she said that my heart just soared. I was always filled with joy when Susie told me she loved me. It made me grin and feel amazing. I put my head on Susie's shoulder and she patted my head twice before we started to watch a movie together snuggling and being over all cute in a way.
