Keiko and Miles sit with Jenna who has made it her mission to follow Data around like a lost puppy searching for affection and Data who was tolerating it "Keiko, you sound just like Data he came over to my quarters the other day to give me a music lesson, and he said the funniest thing how did you put it, about the mess?"  Dezirae hears Jenna say as she (Dezirae) walks around and serves the officers at the surrounding tables "I believe I observed that you seem to have an aversion to orderliness"  Data says as he looks at Jenna Jenna, Keiko and Miles laugh Data looks at his friends once again confused and says "but it was not intended as a humorous remark"  Data replies slightly confused as to why she was being so clingy as she started to lightly touch his arm and scooch closer to him in her chair as she talked "so, before we started, he gallantly offered to help me straighten up"  Jenna says once again clinging to Data's arm and Miles tries not to smile as he watches Dezirae shake her head at Jenna's childishness "and a very good job I did of it, too"  Data says not seeing Dezirae's reaction to what he was being put through and Data tries to wink which makes his friends laugh again he even hears Dezirae chuckle as she walks behind him and over to the bar and Jenna leans up against his body as she continues to laugh there was only one other person who has done that.... lean into/up against his body.... as a matter of fact Dezirae would sit next to him on their bed as he read the historical romances.... sometimes out loud.... which would on occasion put her to sleep luckily he knew she was tired so he did not become offended when she did so.... so he finally started to realize what Jenna was doing and it confused him even more for in his mind only Dezirae should be able to show him this type of affection and he only had to research the breakup aspect of a relationship because he has yet to go through with it himself and he hopes that it will never happen for he does indeed love her even though he is incapable of such an emotion.... "Dezirae I must speak with you"  Data says when he walks into their shared quarters once he was able to finally pry Jenna off him as gently as possible Dezirae walks over to where he stands with a cute orange shadow of her own at her heels and says "yes Data!?"  he takes a step towards her but no words come out for the desire to kiss her becomes so strong that his lips attach themselves to her with a eager sensually passionate hunger "what brought this on!?!"  she asks once his lips let hers go "Jenna...."  he starts "is a lost and lonely little girl searching for the comfort she believes she's never had with someone else in someone who has shown her what she "missed" in her past relationship"  Dezirae says he tilts his head at her "she's confused Data unsure of what she truly wants.... and quite possibly an only child or perhaps the only girl in her family so she's probably used to being the center of attention and since Jeff did not make her the center of his she's now in search of someone who will and your desire to help her feel better is giving her what she wants just not in the way she wants it.... everyone has the desire to be loved Data you don't have to be human to have that even animals like Spot have that desire but in the simplistic mind state that Jenna's in now she should not be searching for something she probably knows nothing about in this very aspect until she is completely sure of who she is and what she wants.... if you wish you can.... should continue to be her friend for that is what she needs right now but love.... at least the type of love I'd like to think we have.... that Miles and Keiko have is not something she should be searching for right now"  she says his lips meet hers once more his hands move to remove her dress from her body and he makes love to her....
