He Is NOT Data.... Not Anymore😭

**** This chapter is based off of  Season 5 Episode 15 Power Play ****

Dezirae is sitting in a small shuttle next to Deanna who was putting on a harness like seat belt Data begins to climb into the passengers seat and sees that Dezirae did not have hers on and he started to put it on her for her "I'll be fine Data though I do not understand why I am even here"  Dezirae says with a smile "I know but I would appreciate it if you would put it on anyway and you are here because I wanted you to be"  Data replies as he continues to secure the harness until he is satisfied that it will keep her safe "as you wish Lieutenant Commander"  Dezirae says Deanna smiles a slightly amused smile as Riker climbs into the driver seat of the shuttle and smiles at the sight before him and puts on his own harness as Data sits down and puts his on.... having Dezirae sit next to her helped Deanna stay calm no matter how hectic it became within the shuttle that kept bouncing as it reached the planets atmosphere sensing her friends calm helped her not be so frightened of what might happen despite how well Data and Riker controlled the vessel they were in "shields are holding, sir"  Data informs Riker "wind shear is incredible Data, keep an eye on the stabilizers if it's anything like this on the ground, I don't see how anyone can survive on this moon for long"  Riker replies "maybe they've been living underground"  Deanna says "question is where? I still can't locate the source of the damn signal it's bouncing around more than we are"  Riker replies "forward thrusters have failed, sir we are losing power"  Data informs Riker "Enterprise!"  Riker says into the com "go ahead"  they hear Picard's staticky garbled voice reply "we've lost our thrusters attempting to compensate with secondary boosters"  Riker says "sir? the shuttlecraft's impulse generators have shut down"  they hear Worf report "Commander, can you hear me? Enterprise to shuttle, please respond"  Picard says "hold on! we're going down"  Riker says "initiating emergency landing procedures"  Data says "maintain the approach attitude, Data I'm taking her in brace for impact"  Riker orders Dezirae lays her arm across Deanna's chest acting like another seat belt keeping her safe as the shuttle starts to spin then crashes once they land Data unbuckles his harness then helps everyone else unbuckle then covers Dezirae and Deanna's bodies as a explosive charge blows the rear door off it's hinges then they all climb out of the shuttle onto the dark and cloudy rocky moon Troi climbs out first then Riker then Dezirae then Data "your arm"  Troi says to Riker who hisses in pain "yeah, I'm pretty sure that's broken"  Riker replies "may I!?"  Dezirae asks softly Riker looks at her then his arm and nods she cups her hands around the part of his arm that is broken and Riker's arm starts to feel warm as it begins to heal itself Riker looks at her in astonishment as she lets his arm go and he moves it around to test it out then he says as he taps his combadge "Enterprise?"  Data informs him that "it is unlikely that we will be able to establish communication with the ship, given the electromagnetic interference"  Riker replies "we'll stay in the area until the Enterprise finds us take an inventory of the shuttle see if there's anything left in there that's usable"  Dezirae follows Data back to the shuttle as Deanna and Riker start to walk a little ways away.... a few seconds later Data and Dezirae leave the shuttle and walk over to where Riker and Deanna are "there are no instruments left of practical value that have not been damaged by our landing, sir"  Data says "what is that?"  Deanna asks as she looks up at the sky and sees something that looks like the calm surface of a source of water with stars mixed in just below the clouds "that doesn't look like any storm front I've ever seen"  Riker says "the tricorder is picking up high levels of EM bursts across the spectrum no life sign readings other than our own"  Data reports as he looks at his tricorder he looks over at Dezirae who looked worried for some reason as Deanna says "there is someone alive here I'm more certain of it now than ever"  Riker replies "well, I hope they can find us, because there's no way we'll find them"  Troi says "they're coming they're coming with the storm"  Dezirae adds "and I am uncertain that they bring "glad tidings" they are too dark.... if I had to use one word to describe them it would be "evil" and you know how often I use THAT word"  the other three look at her Riker chuckles then jokes "too often!"  she tilts her head and looks at him with a slightly raised eyebrow making him chuckle "I'm not sure what to tell you all I can say is that I am not liking whatever it is I am sensing though I can tell you that I believe whatever it is is from within that they're trapped and angry and looking for a way to escape their prison"  she says as she points to the flowing water like wave in the sky Riker nods....
