CHAPTER 14

Worried

The Intrams ended and we're back to normal classes days. When I arrived at school, everyone congratulated me!

"Sikat ka na!" nagulat ako sa presensya ni Russ.

"You startled me!"

"Sorry naman" sagot niya. "Sabay na tayo" inakbayan niya ako at dumiretso na kami sa klase.

The class started and the teacher said that our exams is coming. I listened very well to the teacher and they gave us reviewers.

For the past two months, everything was just going smooth. I am the highest in our class. After I won that pageant, I always join in different beauty pageants. Many agencies came to me and asked if I wanted to be a model but I declined their offers.

In Sophomore Year I joined again and I won the title once again. Unfortunately, in Juniors Year I won the First Runner Up. Stacey Arabelle won that time.

And now, finally it's my last year in high school and I decided to focus on my studies. So I suggested to Sam to join in that Beauty Pageant and she agreed with me. And guess what, she won the title!

"Andrea! Your birthday is coming. What's your plan?" Sam asked me.

"I don't know yet. Wala pang sinasabi sila Mom" I said to her and she nodded at me.

"Saan niyo pala balak mag-SHS?" Russel asked.

"I decided to stay" Dom answered.

"Sam and I decided to stay here in Stanford" I answered him. "Ikaw ba?" I asked.

"Stay" he simply answered.

We finished eating and decided to go to our class. Hindi ko na classmate sila Russ at Dom. Kami nalang ni Sam ang same classes. The teacher is absent so I decided to study in the library.

"You won't come?" I asked Sam.

"Ayoko. Dito nalang ako" tumango ako sakanya at umalis na.

I went to the library and I saw Liam and his friends. It's their library period. He is in Grade 11 but he decided to stay here in Stanford. I sat on the chair and started reading my book.

"Hello! Bakit ka andito?" lumingon ako sa aking harapan at nakita si Liam.

"I'm studying. Can't you tell?"

"Suplada. Akala ko ba friends tayo?"

"Kailan pa?" pabalang na sagot ko.

"Ouch!" maarteng sabi niya at hinawakan pa ang dibdib. "What are you reading?" he asked but I didn't answer him.

I was shocked when he moved beside me! He was too close to me.

"What are you doing?!" hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko.

"Shhh!" inilagay niya ang daliri niya sa labi ko at agad ko itong pinalo.

"Umalis ka nga dito! Hinahanap ka na ng mga kaibigan mo!" tulak ko sakanya pero hinawakan niya ang kamay ko.

"Let's have lunch together" my eyes widened when he said that.

"Why?!"

"Wala lang" he smirked at me.

"I don't want!" tumayo na ako at umalis nalang ng library.

I can't study when he was around. I can't focus! I don't know why everytime he came to me, my heart is beating so fast! I can't have a crush on him! Because I know that I have a crush on Russel. I can't have a crush on both of them.
