Lexi's POV

a text woke me up.

Hudson💋
in Cali. what's the address?

I gave him the address telling him I have one bag left to pack, since I fell asleep last night.

I finally finished. walking downstairs i see all the boys, including Sam.

"where you going?" Sam asked. "back to Arizona with Hudson" I said trying to sound confident. "what?" he stood up. "it's for the better."

Hudson💋
I'm here. come on.

"even though I'm in this mess because of your picture thanks" I hugged Gilinsky.
"you. you are a piece of shit friend. but you always managed to cheer me up. love you" I smiled and hugged Matt. and starting tearing up. "love you too"
"my best friend. text me whenever." I hugged Johnson.
"Nate, every thing that has happened to me you know because I trusted you with everything. so keep in touch" I hugged him and he squeezed me tight.
I placed my hand on sam's cheek caressing it. "goodbye Sam" then tears streamed down my face. "I'll help with your bag." Nate stepped up and I nodded.

Hudson popped the trunk, but stayed in the car while me and nate struggled.
"lex" I looked at Nate. "yes?"
"I'm going to miss you, we all will. no doubt but you became one of my best friends" he hugged me. "keep in contact" I smiled as he wiped my tear away.

I hoped in and waved at him until he was out of sight.

"hey" I told Hudson. "hey" he put his hand on thigh. "your not mad?" I asked. "of course I am." squeezing my thigh so hard I thought there may be bruises.

Nate's POV

I finally walked back in. "she's gone" then the boys were upset but Sam put his face in his hands. "Sam? you okay?" he shook his head. "no. I'm not."

"dude you really like her huh" Johnson spoke up. "I do. a lot. and I can't stand the fact that she's leaving." he sobbed. then he cried even harder while the boys comforted him.

I walked upstairs in lex's room, well guest room. and I saw she forgot her straightener. I grabbed it and ran downstairs.

"Hey Sam!" I yelled. "what?" he asked gloomily. "wanna take a road trip" "Nate, I don't want to go anywheres."

"I was thinking of visiting the state of Arizona." I smirked.

Sam's POV

"what?" I shot up. he pulled a straightener from behind his back. "oh to give her a straightener."
"no man. it's your chance. get her back!" he yelled, tossing the iron at me. "go get ready were leaving in about 10 minutes." a huge smiled grew across my face.

I put on my Adidas pants and shoes and a white shirt with my grey hoodie on top. might as well get comfortable. the whole ride I was practicing what I would say in my head.

hey lex. I know this is unexpected but I don't think you should be with him.

you should move to Cali with us.

what was I thinking coming on this trip? lex won't leave Arizona.

I had no idea how I'm gonna tell her. it was now 6:00 pm. 7 hours since she left. then I finally see a sign 'you are now in Scottsdale, AZ.'

I put her address into the gps letting it guide us.

Lexi's POV

when he let go it was red almost instantly turning purple. after that we stayed quiet the whole ride. then we finally pulled in the driveway. "is my mom home?" I asked. "no"

we got all the bags out the car but he wouldn't let me go inside. he kept coming forward until I was pushed against the car. "look at me" I obeyed and snapped my neck to face him. he kissed me. it was sour. nothing like sams. I never notice how hudson was so sloppy but Sam made sure it was perfect.

he finally parted his lips from mine. "did that other dude taste like that" he asked smirking. "no" he tasted better.
"what did you just say?!" crap. "did I just say that out loud?" I tried to move be he grabbed my arm. I turned to him.

I saw violence in his burning eyes then all of a sudden his man hand came across my right cheek. he slapped me. he freaking slapped me. he stood there shocked at what he just did then we both immediately turned seeing headlight in front of us.

"who's that" he asked. "I don't know"

Sam's POV

we were down the road when i saw luggage and two figures outside "there"

we were about to pull in when I seen Justin slapped her, I mean hudson.

"stay here" I told nate as we turned in the drive way. I jumped out the car. "SAM. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" lex asked in a mean voice. which I can understand she left to get away from me but I couldn't let her.

I ran up to Hudson. "what you gonna do?" he pushed me. "this" then my fist connected to his face. he instantly fell to the ground. he backed up till he was leaning against the house. lex ran up to him. she was standing in front of him furious.

"what do you want?" she asked. "you forgot this" then I pulled out her straightener from my back pocket. "you just drove more than six hours to bring me a flat iron? what else do you want?"

"lex. I tried to prepare for a speech but I'm just gonna say what's on the top of my head."

"LEAVE" Hudson shouted. "NO."
"WHY NOT?" he threw a rock but I dodged it in time.

"because everything I ever wanted is standing right in front of you. she's amazing, gorgeous, and funny. and she doesn't deserve to get hit and tossed around like she's nothing."

he grabbed the mailbox trying to find support to stand up. "she doesn't want you, she wants me. I mean in that picture she told me you forced her."

I snapped my neck towards her and all she did was put her face down. "so that's your story? I forced you to kiss me but you were the one who kissed me? the night of the party.. did you tell him I raped you?" she looked up at my wide-eyed. "or you didn't tell him?"

"tell me what" he pushed her. I slapped him. "don't push her." she started tearing up. "I slept with Sam." she turned to Hudson who was shaking his head.

"I slept with Sam. and also I kissed Sam. and I have so much feelings for Sam it's completely and utterly insane. my feelings for you could never compete with Sam." I looked at her instantly as she looked at me. "Sammy. I love you." she walked up to me and hugged me with tears in her eyes. "I love you, Lex." hugging her back kissing her head. "but if you love me why are you in Arizona with him?"

"my stomach was telling me to go that this, us, we weren't right. I should start listening to my heart more." she grabbed the back of my neck and I grabbed her waist taking her in for a long hard kiss. she started playing with my hair on my neck and kisses me much more passionately. "move in with us in LA." I said breaking the kiss.

"come in. we'll spend the night. I'll tell my mom bye and get a moving truck as soon as possible." she pecked my lips.

she looked down at hudson who was on the ground still. "and you off this property and don't come back or I will press charges" he got up and drove off.
"I'll tell nate." I smiled and ran to the car.
