Lexi's POV

I turned off Netflix and started walking up the stairs. "where are you going?" Jasmine asked following me. "my room"
"well I have to go get ready, wanna come help me?" she asked. I turned around, "no I don't. I don't want to help you. plus your date is like two hours away!" I snapped. "wow. you're grouchy." she rolled her eyes. "no. I'm not!" I yelled. "well your yelling for no reason!" she raised her voice also. "no goddammit. I just don't want you going out with him." I almost whispered.

"why?" she took a step back. "I know sam. he has a habit. he drinks and smokes a lot. he cheats on girls. I don't want you to get hurt." deciding to pretend to care about her was my only resort. I can't tell her about sam and I because then I'd have to tell her about nate.

"I don't care. almost every guy is like that, if I'm gonna get hurt, I'm going to choose who I get hurt by" she yelled. I was about to yell back but she was already out the door. she's such a bitch.

two hours later

"lexi!" I heard G. "COMING" I yelled, running down the stairs. "so what's up? why we watching Netflix?" he raised his eyebrow. "sam is taking Jasmine out to dinner." I said. "so?" I crossed my arms, "so. I know them, they're gonna hook up. when they walk through that door I want to be the first thing he sees so he won't kiss her."

He looked at me funny, "Lex, you still like him" he laughed. "NO, I do not." I said confidently. He smirked and I gave in, "okay fine. yes I do." "I knew it" he wiggled his eyebrows, then we put on a movie. not to long after we saw Sam coming down the stairs.

his hair was perfectly spiked. he was wearing black jeans, White vans, white shirt, and a red plaid flannel. looking hot as ever. "I'm going pick up Jasmine." he told G, then walked out the door. "he still doesn't talk to you?" G asked me. I just shook my head no.

Sam's POV

I walked down the stairs because the dinner is in thirty minutes. I saw Lexi and Gilinsky. I think Lex is still mad at me, so I turned to G. "I'm going pick up Jasmine" he nodded and I walked through the door. I wish I could talk to lexi..

im finally at the hotel, I texted Jasmine and told her I was here. she came out looking really pretty, but she's not lexi. "hey" she smiled, "hi" I smiled back. we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and talked for a while. I looked at my phone and it was 10:30. "we should head back now. are you staying the night with Lexi or going to the hotel?" she thought about it for a moment, "with lexi" she smiled.

we hoped in my car and after ten minutes we were home. I like Jasmine, she's cool and all but she's kind of crazy, maybe a little too weird. she's pretty and funny but all through the dinner all I could think about was lex. we got down and I unlocked the door.

Lexi's POV

it was 10:45, Jack was sleeping because he said the movie was boring. I heard the door sounding like it was being unlocked so I laid down and closed my eyes, pretending to sleep.

"I had a great time" I heard Jasmine. "yeah" sam replied. I opened one eye so I could see what was going on. Jasmine was leaning in to kiss sam, her eyes closed and everything. Sam backed up and walked past her. he just rejected her. oh my god. she opened her eyes and saw sam walk away. her mouth flew open.

"sam!" I heard her. "hmm" he asked, scanning a paper that was on the counter. she grabbed his cheeks. don't do it. I shot up and yawned really loud causing her to jump back. "Jasmine? what are you doing here?" I asked aggravated. "I think it's best if the girls come pick me up" she said to sammy pointing to the door. "yeah" I snapped and she walked out.

"you saw all of that. you didn't want her to kiss me." he spoke up. "don't make this about you. we were fighting before yall went on yall date." I rolled my eyes, lying. "get over yourself dude." "excuse me?"

"your always mad at me. get over it. stop holding a grudge!" he raised his voice. "I hate you" I crossed my arms. "yeah. okay" he smirked. "I do. you always piss me off and make everything about you." he shrugged his shoulders, I rolled my eyes and started to walk off.

he grabbed my arm, turning me around. he kissed me with a peck. "why do you do that?" I asked aggravated. "do what?" he asked confused. "if your gonna kiss me, don't stop" he smirked and pulled me in again.

he picked me up, making me wrap my legs around his waist. his tongue traced my bottom lip. the caress of his tongue was so soft, it tickled. I knew this is where I needed to be. in his arms, like this. he sat me on the edge of the counter not breaking the kiss. he took off his flannel, tossing it to the side. the kiss broke for a second or two for me to rip off his shirt.

he stopped for a second, resting his forehead on mine. "lex, I can't even begin to tell you how much I missed this. how much I missed you" he was breathing heavy, trying to catch his breath. "wow I was gone for two minutes." sam and I looked by the door and there stood Jasmine. i jumped off the counter. "that's why you didn't want me to go on the date." she looked directly at me.

"why are you still here" I asked her. "none of the girls were answering their phones." she rolled her eyes. "and don't come here with that bullshit. I don't even have to tell you that something was going on between us. you knew it. you saw that picture that Jack posted"
"yeah I did but-"
"but nothing. don't come to our house and raise hell because you didn't get your way. he obviously didn't want you if he was dodging you just a while ago. now get out" she was about to say something but I cut her off "now." she did as told and left. "now where were we" sam grabbed my hips and smirked.
"not in here" I heard Jack. I laughed and we ran up the stairs to his bedroom. I looked at Sam, who was biting his lip.
"tonight you're mine"
