SEBASTIAN'S POV

***

"WHY DO YOU MAKE IT APPEAR AS IF HELPING HIM OUT WAS SO WRONG?Anna's voice echoes the house as she storms in. I quickly enter into the kitchen and prepare Miss Elsa's strange request: a hot chocolate drink and some cookies. As I turn on the electric stove, I hear Miss Elsa's calm voice.

"Because we shouldn't put our noses to businesses that do not involve us Anna. You knew that, why can't you just respect things as they are?" She reasons out and Anna's groans as I hear her stomping around the living room.

It was during times like these that I begin to understand that they were different. Anna was more of her emotions and a very headstrong lady who fought for what her heart believed. She was spritely and energetic, fun to be around and courageous. However, Miss Elsa was composed and calm, always making way for reason and logic on her decisions. She was polite but in a way...I always had the feeling that she was hiding something.

"I can't believe you're saying this Elsa!" Anna's voice raises a few decibels, "You want me to leave him be? Is that it?"

"Yes."

"WHAT?! He was going to get executed! Elsa! Are you deaf or something? He was almost going to lose his head! And for what? Just some juice. Now how could I just stay and let things be?" As I listen to Anna's reason, I shift my head and nod. She does have a point. It was injustice to punish someone for something so trivial. I'm beginning to side with Anna here. She might be rash at times, but there are moments when she's right, even when it sounds so wrong.

"Anna, have you forgotten what we agreed?" I take a step towards the door and see that Miss Elsa is looking outside the window as Anna sits on the couch, smoke from her nose and all. Usually, I step out of this but this time, I wanted to know for myself why Miss Elsa refused to adhere to Anna's request.

"Of course I haven't but---" Anna tries to reason but Miss Elsa cuts her off.

"You and I signed an agreement that we would cause no trouble or any mischief that would inadvertedly direct any attention, whether positive or negative, towards us--"

"--Yes but---"

"--any act defying such agreement would result to the discontinuance of contract thus leading to--" Miss Elsa looks at Anna but then stops herself. Silence engulfs the room and Anna gets up and sighs.

"Leading to what, Elsa?" She asks then Miss Elsa turns pale and shakes her head.

"Nothing." She lies as she tries to avoid the situation arising. But Anna refuses to let this go.

"You're lying Elsa. Tell me what will happen if I do something wrong or stupid in public." She presses on but Miss Elsa snaps her fingers and I realize that she has called for me.

"Sebastian, please escort Anna to her room." She tells me as she gets up the stairs. I nod and try to lead Anna to her room but she breaks free.

"You're hiding something from me Elsa and I don't like it. What's so wrong with telling me? Why can't you just tell me everything? This concerns me too, right? I should deserve to know--" She calls out as I try to stop her from climbing up the stairs.

"Enough Anna. Just...just forget it." Miss Elsa says as she reaches her door. Anna shoots past me and runs up the stairs. She manages to grab Miss Elsa's hand before the door closes.
