Chapter 56: [Spirit's Trial]

With a snap of ifrit's finger the whole burning sea of flames suddenly vanished into nothing as the scenery changes into pure darkness

"Wawawa... . . What the? How did... . . "

"Shut up!!!" Growled Ifrit

"....."

After a while Ifrit observed Ryuuji for quite a while before saying anything next

"Your here... . . And the only reason that your hear is either because your dead or it's that time of the year" pondered Ifrit

At that Ryuuji answered

"I'm here to master the technique manifestation... . . And in order to tap that, I was told that I would have to face you"

"Me? manifestation? Kid do you even know just how great power manifestation means? Doing that is like giving me a leeway to control you body the way I like, you trust so much on people kid" reacted Ifrit

"I know! But your wrong, I'm not that trusting to just anyone, and I'm pretty sure that you'll keep me safe" replied Ryuuji

Hearing that Ifrit raises an eyebrow as he asked

"Oh yeah? How come?"

"Firstly you solely depend on me to survive in a battle and to make sure that your well maintained" smirked Ryuuji

At that Ifrit couldn't help but twitch his lips as he heard this simple act of provocation

"Is that a challenge? It's like your telling me that I can't live without having you clean me and always make sure I won't break" said Ifrit

"Yeah that's right! That's how I'm referring to" shrugged Ryuuji

With that Ifrit takes in a huge breath as he leaned back and changed the whole scenery by just one tap of his foot

This time the vicinity is inside a spacious white room which is wide enough for someone to fight

Soon after two Ifrit swords appeared from the ground as it slowly levels to ifrit's shoulder area and almost overtook Ryuuji's height, after that he pulled one of the sword and threw them straight to Ryuuji

Luckily Ryuuji caught it with a firm grip as he asked

"Does this mean that this is the trial? Defeat you?" Asked Ryuuji

"Not quite but yes this is the trial, since your determined anyway so why shouldn't I take you serious as it is?"

"....."

"Doing a manifestation means you'll wield half of my power along the battle, but by doing so consumes a lot of stamina inside your body, the only duration it has is that how many stamina you have" explained Ifrit

"My trial is simple... . . I want you to battle against for an hour straight, but the Temperature will always go up a notch every five minutes of the battle, if you can withstand not being knock out then you pass, but if got knocked out then you'll have to restart from the very beginning... . . Do you understand?"

As Ryuuji heard that he somehow felt like the whole trial thingy was so easy as he listens, but nevertheless he won't underestimate his opponent's anymore

So with a slight nod Ryuuji raises his huge sword horizontally as he focused on him

Seeing this Ifrit couldn't helped but chuckle as he snaps his finger causing the temperature to rise to a heat level of a simple hot concentrated summer heat
