Chapter 16: [Golden Mana]

Ever since the Chao Breakers started their assault at the chimera, they never once stopped attacking and defending at the same time because if they showed a slight opening for the mutated beast and chaos beast alike.... They would be done in and be killed until today

Its not like they stopped because they've given up, they stopped because someone just crushed down from one of the building and is currently looking down on the chimera

As they thought that the chimera would kill him.... They were wrong... They chimera itself is just standing in its place staring at the new guy that is looking down at it

"Kanzaki?" Muttered Richard

"Just what happened to him? What is that golden mana? I thought that the color of his Mana was blue?" Asked Jinwoo trying to look for answers

While Ryuuji himself was currently looking at the enormous Golden Mana that is enveloping Kanzaki

"Jessica what is that?" Asks Ryuuji while staring intently at the wild mana flow

(I don't know but the statistics for Kanzaki is going crazy! This is not the same when he has blue Mana circulating him) said Jessica as she tried to fix her PC that is going haywire because of the golden Mana

Hearing this Jinwoo asked Ai if what jessica said was true

(She's right! Its like Kanzaki has totally Become a different person) answered Ai

Meanwhile as the base was still being under attack Oliver saw a footage that the sergeant that is in the frontlines has sent to him

"Amazing! I've never seen such enormous aura before" said Oliver amazed

"Kanzaki never had this aura before..... Head Chief! Is this what I think it is?" Asks Sanaguchi as he tries to find confirmation

"I believe so.... This power must be what the chaos beings are being wary of and posed to them as a threat.... And now of all times were witnessing it power first hand" said Oliver as he stared at the screen projecting the current event in the battlefield

"Record the very footage now" ordered Oliver

While everyone including the enemy is looking at Kanzaki, he himself exploded his Mana  so big that it can tower down the surrounding buildings

Because of what he did all the enemy that is scattered all around the city are coming to his location

"Head Chief I just received a report that one unit of users have found a mysterious person lurking at a construction site" stated by one in charge of the comms

"Mysterious person? Tell them to apprehend him or her at all cost" ordered Oliver

"Yes sir" saluted by the person in charge of comms
