Chapter 32: [Aggressive Battle]

[Sub-Headquarters, Command Room, Grandora City]

After seeing the event that unfolded with the use of satellite view all the people who witnessed it gaped in shock and shiver from fear as they saw this overwhelming power

"No way! It created a pathway through the sea and headed straight for us!"

"Isn't this kind of a cheat? There's no way we can win with that kind of monster in the enemies forces!"

"How is this even possible? This totally out of our own common sense!"

As the people panicked Oliver held his stance while wearing a grim expression, he prepared everything to protect this city which is dwelled by more than a hundred thousand of population and if they fall down here the city which is a prosperous one will fall into ruin

As that monster appeared it felt like a huge amount of could water was poured down to him stating that humanity never had a chance to win in the first place after all

"Sir! What should we do now?" Asked one of his assistant that looked worried

After few minutes of thinking it by himself he took a huge inhale and exhaled it calmly to calm his mind

No matter what kind of enemy we face, we have a duty to protect this city

That is what he thought in his mind right this very instant

"Evacuate the city! Bring all non combat civilians to the underground shelter! Activate all defences! Put some units above the wall and be on standby as I give the order to fire! You... Call the Navy tell them we are in code red also alert the Marines and Airforce! Someone call for reinforcements from other countries!" He ordered by yelling

As the people heated his command they begun to snap out of their daze and moved but many of them still feel a little bit reluctant to follow after all this battle seems a one sided beating

Seeing this Oliver gave his opinion

"Why are you guys Hesitating?" He yelled

"The thing is this battle seems impossible!" Said one of the people

"I know it's impossible!" He replied

Hearing this the crowd looked confused why he said this

"I don't even think that we would win! I even think that we would lose! But let me tell you this.... Are you fine to just give up? Are you going to let those bastards do all they want? You guys have family or relatives here even lovers and are you going to watch them die without doing anything?" Said Oliver

As he said this people begun to look at him

"I don't know about you guys but this isn't about my pride, reputation, and honor... I'm even planned to result to use dirty tactics to win this battle! You people are not even the ones in the frontlines facing those guys but all of you are cowering out right now! You say your afraid? Have you ever think what the people that are about to face them and probably die feel? I think they're much more afraid than you guys are... But even if they're afraid they still resolved themselves to face them and what give them courage? That's because they have something to protect! That's what I call heroes! They're names should be the one engraved in history not some kind of a big shot that has no balls and going around being arrogant and all.... Now show me.... Are you a hero or a worthless arrogant scum?

As they heard this they begun to realize that even if they fail today? They will be known as the people who fought hard until the very end

With resolve and determination in their eyes they begun to move and spread out their information as if they have done this before with such efficiency
