The leaving day to the Burrow was getting closer and Nagini couldn't understand if the feeling in her stomach came from excitement or disgust. Human feelings were never her forte point.

She knew she was supposed to loathe this people, considering humans always tried to kill her kind in her past life, but also because her father, the Great Lord Voldemort, told her this kind of wizards are traitors to their community, because they dared to mend with Muggle or how he would say "Mudbloods". Nagini really could not care less: she despised all humans. Except Hermione Granger. But Voldemort didn't need to know that, he would disown his daughter.

Once the leaving day came, Mrs. and Ms. Weasley contacted her saying they could come to her orphanage and pick her up, but the girl was completely against this idea.

Now let's go for a bit back in time: In the first year, on the train, Harry and Davina wanted to get to know each other. Harry told her he was alone at the station because his aunt and uncle weren't the nicest people and left him alone there. After that he asked Davina why she was alone and she told him that she was an orphan, just like Harry. Dad disappeared and mom died giving birth to her. Ever since then, the boy felt closer to her, thinking that there is someone else that understands his situation. If only he knew.

Later on, the time for her to be gone came. She connected the fireplace from the old Riddle House to the fireplace at the Burrow through the Floo Network. Her father was sitting close to her and his last words were: "Don't forget you ought to be careful at your choice of words and your actions. It is crucial to compl-" he didn't get to finish because his daughter interrupted:

"Father, I've been doing this job for 4 years now, it became way too easy to be Davina Montenegro at this point." She reassured him.

"Very well, now you shall leave."

But before Nagini said the words for her destination, she turned to Wormtail "If you even dare to think to leave his side and run, I promise I will catch you and eat you as my breakfast."

Wormtail shivered and whimpered at her words, fully knowing of how much terror the human snake was capable. Voldemort only smirked at this situation.

Nagini took some Floo powder and went into the fireplace, saying the special words "The Weasley's Burrow". Next thing she knew was that she got pulled into a vortex by the emerald flames, spinning and spinning until it stopped. She opened her eyes only to be found in another old house, like the one she has just been in, although this place had a warmer and more welcoming feeling, almost like a hug. At least that's how many other humans would describe it.

"Ah Davina my dear!" said the voice of Mrs. Weasley. The plump woman who was previously in the kitchen came as soon as possible when she saw the young girl. "I was wondering when you will make it. Hermione is already here and Harry is coming tomorrow. Come on darling get out of there and let me give you proper hug!" Davina got out of the fireplace and hugged Mrs. Weasley tight while having a smile on her face. The mother always acted so sweet and caring around the girl because she thought she was an orphan who never felt the touch of a good mother and always made sure to make her feel accepted.

Suddenly loud steps could be heard coming down the staircase and after a second, Davina was met with Merlin herself, Ronnychicks and Ginny. Sadly the redhaired girl did not get a nickname.

"Look who finally decided to make her appearance." Ron said while bump fisting Davina and hugging her tight.

"I hope you prayed for me every night like I told you to do, Ronnychicks." She giggled after letting go of him. "because if you didn't then you will only live in sin." Ron only nodded sarcastically at their old inside joke.

Hermione pushed Ron aside and hugged her best friend "thank God you came; me and Ginny didn't know much longer we can survive living with the boys."

"I'm still here!" Ron cried.

"Yes, that was the whole reason why I said it." Chuckled Hermione.

"Isn't Ginny supposed to get used to it?" asked Davina in playful tone while embracing the redhaired girl.

"Believe me, you never get used to so many boys." She laughed.

"Now now, let the poor girl breathe, she just arrived!" Mrs. Weasley demanded. "Davina dear, let Ronald help with your bags upstairs and get cleaned, such a pretty face like yours shouldn't be covered in powder." The plump woman said with a sweet smile than made even Davina's cold blood get warmer.

Ron picked up the girl's bags with a frown on his face since he didn't like being on 'man's work duty'. Upstairs, she shared a room with Hermione and Ginny. The younger girl closed the door behind her and helped Davina to get settled in.

"So Davina I need to ask you," she said after everything was done "since I didn't get the chance to do it last year: are you and Fred dating?" Ginny asked with an unpleasant look on her face.

Davina only laughed at her question. "Merlin no! I mean yeah he is kind of hot and we did make out a couple of times and I do dream about his lips but in no way I'm going to date him."

"You just said you dream about him and yet you don't want to date him?" Hermione asked with an amused tone.

"Nah, I'm not dating material. Not the commitment type, I'd rather shag all of the attractive guys in our school and then decide who was the best."

"Well I'm glad you say that you say that because I don't like my friends and brothers mendling together. God they are disgusting." Said the youngster.

"All of your brothers are flaming hot, Ginny." Said Davina.

"Except Percy." Added Hermione in which all of the girls agreed.

"Ahhh so you admit that you find Ron hot." Smirked Davina. She always liked to tease Mione about it, even if she would never admit it.

"You also admitted that every Weasley is attractive!" oh blushing Hermione was always Davina's favorite. Ginny looked at the two girls and started groaning.

"Well yeah but I don't have crush on him."

"NEITHER DO I!!!!" Hermione threw her pillow hard to the other girl.

"Oh no, don't tell me you are also shagging him." Ginny pleaded.

"NoI don't!" Hermione was ready to do anything to prove the contrary of the real situation.
