Back home in the institute they divided the institute into two wings, the east and west. The east wing housed only the members of the circle and the west was for visitors who needed a place to stay; though the New York Institute was known as the home of The Circle they wouldn't turn away someone needing help. Fin and Luca picked their rooms and Will took them out to show them around; their days from then on out consisted of training to catch up to the others. Luca trained with Jonathan and Jace while Fin trained with Alec, Simon and Will. Emma and Emily trained alone after Emily's loss to Max. "Don't feel bad, I lost to Willow when she was only eleven" Simon said trying to make her feel better. "Dad the Herondales are barely human"

"So are the Morgensterns Emmy and if you eased up and got to know them they aren't so bad" he smiled. She seemed at a stand still while everyone else soared. Luca now spared Willow on the regular and had come really close to beating her a few times, Willow could almost beat her father and uncle, Fin could now beat Jocelyn but still couldn't beat his brother and she had lost to a ten year old. They didn't even let her go hunting with them. Usually Will, Rae, Cass and Jay hunted alone but tonight their parents were coming too after a warning of a horde of greater demons gathered within and abandon church. Will and Alec took the roof with their bows, Simon was with them in case anything flew, Rae, Luca, Jocelyn and Fin went around the back; Jace, Clary, Isabelle and Jonathan the front. They broke through and the horde was massive, demons filled every corner of the room and rushed them on sight. "I've never seen a so many in one place, somethings wrong!" Isabelle shouted in her head and they all agreed. "Stop!" a voiced boomed and everything halted. The demons were focused on Willow and Jocelyn who were up on a raised platform "We apologise my lady" a demon spat and they slank back in unison. "If you've harmed a hair on her head I'll kill you all" Sebastian said coming forward. "I've missed you Willow" he smiled reaching for her but Jocelyn stepped forward eyes glowing. "Kneel" she smiled and he complied. Clary, Jace and Jonathan joined them on the platform and instructed Luca to protect Willow. Jonathan held his blade up to strike but Willow stopped him "you'll only kill that form, he'll just bond to someone else"

"How do we kill you?" Jocelyn asked and they could see Sebastian struggling against her; he flicked his wrist and both Jocelyn and Willow screamed in pain. Jocelyn holding her throat and Willow the shoulder where her parabatai rune rested. "They have about 57 minutes until that one is dead" he said jerking his chin at Jocelyn. "Give me Willow and I'll save Jocelyn"

"Fine!" Willow screamed. Protest rang out "I won't let Jocelyn die" she screamed standing to her feet and standing at his side while he gathered Jocelyn in his arms. He muttered something inaudible and a flaming circle surrounded the three of them placing them in a barrier. "Kill the rest" Sebastian screamed and Willow screamed beating on the invisible wall around her. There was a loud heartbroken scream and a orange light lit up a corner. Sebastian watched in wonderment as a orange streak blew past in every direction killing everything in it's path and in a matter of minutes everyone killed the last of their demons and the horde had been cleared. In the middle of the room stood Luca, his hair was black and so were his eyes; his runes instead of black were glowing orange, he had talons like an eagle and the demonic aura surrounding him was suffocating. "Luca's demon" Fin said. "I've been looking for you, I thought you were in the London Institute little brother" Sebastian grinned."Let the girls go and leave" Luca snarled, his voice more of a growl. "Willow is mine! Looks like Clarissa but fights like Jace maybe even a little better, she's perfect and she belongs by my side. Besides without me Jocelyn will die" In the blink of an eye Luca was in front of them and smashed through the barrier releasing Willow and snatching Jocelyn from Sebastian's arms then crushed his lips to hers and when he pulled back he was inhaling a black cloud. Jocelyn coughed violently before passing out "We'll be back for you Willow" Sebastian called jamming a syringe into the side of his Luca's and vanishing. "Fuck!" Fin shouted dropping to his knees. Willow was crying with Jocelyn's head in her lap while Jonathan tended to Isabelle who had a large cut running up her arm.
