[Fell's Church Tomb]
After the news from Slater last night, Damon and Stefan were determined to get the moonstone from Katerina. Alura had explained to them that she didn't believe releasing the curse was possible. Damon had shrugged it off saying it wouldn't hurt to try. So now here they are asking the bitch to kindly hand over the stone. As if that would ever work.
Damon, Stefan and Alura walk down into the tomb and look at each other.
"Let's do it." Damon states looking at Stefan while motioning to the door. They grab the stone door; Damon taking the right side, Stefan taking the left. "1,2,3." They pull the stone door off the entrance of the tomb.
Damon and Stefan successfully remove the stone door from the entrance of the tomb. They place it to the side and approach the entrance.
Stefan and Damon lean against the frame of the entrance, waiting for Katherine, who comes around the corner, looking hungry.
"Please...come on in. There's plenty of room for all of us." She motions for them to join her mockingly.
"I'd rather poke my eyes out." Damon scoffs.
"Mmm, they're such pretty eyes." Katherine flirts.
"We're here for the moonstone." Alura states getting straight to the point. The sooner I can leave the better.
"Feel like tossing it over?" Damon asks.
"Tell you what, you get your little witch to hocus pocus me out of here, you can have whatever you want." She smirks at Damon before looking pointedly at Alura.
"I thought you liked it in there. Nice and safe where Klaus can't get to you." Alura states rolling her eyes.
"I've had time to reconsider." She replies frowning.
"Meaning you're hungry." Damon states from beside Alura.
"I'm starving, Damon. And dirty. But above all, I'm bored." Katherine says progressively getting closer to the entrance, stumbling and grasping at the wall as she does so. "At least running from Klaus wasn't boring - so here's the deal: you get me out of here, you get the moonstone and I'll disappear from Mystic Falls forever." Katherine starts to walk away. "Let me know what you decide." She holds up the moonstone and stumbles back into recesses of the cave.
"I'd rather let her rot." Ali states turning on her heel before leading the brothers out of the ruins.
[Gilbert Residence]
The trio had decided talking to Elena was their next move. They were all standing on her porch when she opened the door. "Hey. Uh, can we talk?" Stefan asks.
"Why?" Elena questions.
Stefan turns to Damon and Alura to answer. "We went to see Katherine." Damon explains.
"Come on in." Elena steps aside and them to enter the house.

They all stand around the island in the kitchen, talking. "You don't believe her, do you?" Elena asks after being caught up.
"No, of course not. We just want the moonstone." Damon answers.
"According to Rose's friend Slater, there's a way to destroy the spell that Klaus wants to break." Stefan explains.
"No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. Ergo, the two of you live." Damon states.
"How do you destroy it?" She questions.
"By releasing it from the moonstone." Stefan clarifies.
"How do you guys even know this is gonna work?" Elena asks looking at Ali.
"Cause we have a crafty witch on our side." Damon says as Alura shakes her head mumbling "It won't."
"You discussed it with Bonnie." Elena raises an eyebrow.
