Agent 4: The Ordinary Inkling

Ch2: Bus Chase

I couldn't believe the time, our bus leaves in 10 minutes and I was barely out of bed, I still cant believe Mum enrolled us in camp Piranha without asking out permission first, hopefully its an adventure to remember. I get out of bed and hear nothing but my feet creaking on the floor. Did they leave without me?

I slowly sneak to my brothers room to see him still sleeping. I cant believe it, I then ready my self for a run up...3...2....1...

"WAKE UP!!" I scream as I jump on his bed shocking him,"IVY WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?" This was unbelievable, normally i'm the one to wake up late. I point at his yellow and blue clock sitting on his bedside, he turns his attention to it. Silence.....

"10:48!!!" His screamed before jumping right out of bed and shoving me out the door so he could change. I mean I didn't even get a thank you, but It was pretty late.

Running to my bedroom I slip on some clothes I had left outside and landed straight on my face waking up my mum,"Ivy dearest what time is it?" I then got up from the floor and stared at her in disbelieve, like seriously am I the only one with a brain this morning,"Mum its almost 11:00," She started at me  then laughed, "Honey are you sure, last night I set my alarm to 9:55 so i'm sure this is all an mistake,"She was interrupted by a beeping noise coming from her room, because instead of setting her alarm to 9:55 she put it to 10:55, I saw my brother slide out of his room with a giant bag on his back,"How did you pack so fast?" I asked shocked.

My brother than pasted me and mum and ran down the stairs avoiding my question. Well i guess that's that, I run to my bedroom and grab any clothes that fits me, I was never really the fashion one,I stuff all my comics into my bag and grab a handful of candy from my secret stash.

"IVY HURRY UP WERE GOING TO BE LATE!" Screamed Liam from downstairs,though I couldn't believe they are asking me to hurry up, if it wasn't for me then everyone would still be in bed. I quickly speed to the bathroom and changed as quick as I could. I could hear banging on the door, "IVY HURRY UP!" Its was still my brother, I kick the wooden door as it slams into Liams face knocking his back, I see him lying on the floor and giggle,"Come on Liam its no time to sleep!" I hear him mutter something under his breathe but I couldn't hear it. As we made it down the stairs,  making sure we didn't fall like yesterday, Liam was able to have a sneak peak at the time.

"Ivy the bus arrive in 2 MINUTES!" This really is bad, if only mum didn't enrol us then  I could be quietly sleeping in my dream of defeating Nighcore without any interruptions, but last night my dream changed a bit, in stead of fighting against Nightcore with my master Captain Red, I was fighting a strange shadow figure and behind me I could see a strange inkling with a green umbrella, it was really weird.

I put on my shoes followed by Liam and as he opens the door I scream at the top of my lungs,"WE'LL SEE YOU IN A BIT MUM!!!" Liam covers his ears, before closing the door, as we run down the street my bag becomes heavier and heavier as I see Liam panting behind me,"THE BUS!" I scream pointing at a group of inklings crowed around a white and yellow bus. We both gain speed and rush to the bus stop only to see the bus drive away.

I see Liam slowly making his way to the Bus stop panting,"So.....I guess.......we......wait.....for....the....next one?" I turn to the bus schedule, I am not going o wait an hour in a bus stop for something I didn't want to go to. In the distance I spot the white and Yellow bus and a plan forms in my head,"Ivy?" Asks my brother watching me stare of into the distance, I turn to him and smile,"No Ivy I know what you're thinking," Before he could finish I grabbed his hand and raced across the pavement. I pull Liam and his heavy bad and run as fast as I could , when I saw a bench instead of going around i like a normally citizen, me being the heroine jumped over it and I was lucky enough to not get hurt, well I mean I knew I wouldn't get hurt. I look over my shoulder to see Liam in pain on the floor, but I couldn't stop now the Bus was so close, so I continued to run dragging Liam across the floor, he seemed to be turning red with embarrassment as we passed man inklings so to avoid any recognition he turned into a squid though this made him very slippery and I could barley get a grip, so I deiced to toss my big brother into the air and quickly open my bag so he could sit still for a while without being a problem, except that his bag was really heavy," Ivy what are you doing?" I heard a voice ask from behind me," Calm down Liam I've almost made it," The bus took a quick turn left to the forest and I followed it,I jumped over walls and rails as my older brother quietly tries not to be recognised.

As the bus pulled into the Highway I felt a tug on my tentacles,"Ow,Liam stop that!!" I shout as I try to stop him,he then turns back into a normal inkling while still inside my bag, weighing me onto the floor,"LIAM THE BUS!!!" I say pointing at the bus in the distance Liam then shook his head,"Ivy that's the wrong bus,the label says Camp Krool," He say helping me off the floor,"I guess I got a bit carried away Liam," He then narrowed his eyes at me,"Its fine Ivy," 

I look around to see where we are and I have no idea, we have trees on the left of us and a very empty highway on the left,"Okay Ivy I guess we should try to walk back....Ivy?" I ignore my brother as I see a  green shadow figure in the forest,"Hey Liam maybe that Inkling over there can help us," I say staring at the shadow"But Ivy...." Before he could finish I see the figure run away,"Hey wait for me!" I follow it into the forest hoping that my brother had followed me, I look behind my shoulder and see him running after me, and no it was not because i was scared its because I need someone to carry my stuff,I take of my bag and drop it on the floor forcing Liam to grab it and keep chasing after me,I love big brothers, though to all the giggling I had forgetting to look in front of me, there was a giant hole between two very tall trees, I stop just in time not to fall in and look around me, the shadow figure disappeared.

I leaned forward to look down at the hole and see and bottomless pit, good thing I didn't fall into i searched  for Liam , he was probably worried sick, but there was no need for the search as he was right behind me,I looked at the hole and tried to stop him from running into me, but it was too late Liam  pushed both of us down the hole....

I'm sorry this took so long,but I'm finally back,and yes I like cliffhangers..
