~ Chapter 44 ~

Ginnies side....

We arrived home and I felt much better getting out of there. Kaysen made me a tea and we sat down to talk or rather he talked I listened.

"We really needed to stop Zeb because if he was still in power here 42 days after the new year, then he would remain in power for the next 1000 years. We don't want that for anyone. You, my Dear, were instrumental in his capture tonight!"

I was flabbergasted, "you got him?!"

"Yes, we did. When his bodyguards left to take you out of the room, he was all alone and unsuspecting. When I left to find you he was already surrounded and announced his defeat. We did it Ginnie! We can both go home!"

I was in silent shock. What did this all mean? We can go home? Where is home? What about his wife? He could sense my confusion.

"Home is where your heart is Ginnie and where your kids are."

"What kind of arrangement are you talking about here? What about your wife? Where will I live?"

"Slow down, I will explain everything later, all you need to know is we are going home to our families and you will be taken care of. I will help you get set up and you will really love it there, I promise. Trust me."

I sighed with relief, "I do, I really do." I leaned back on the couch and closed my eyes. A minute later I had a realization, "one last question?"

"Sure."

"My kids had to get sick and die to cross over, does this mean I will get sick too?"

He smiled, "no, I will help you and the kids didn't die technically but regardless, there are a few things you still need to learn but I am thinking it won't take too long."

"Too long? How long are we talking? Can we go tomorrow?" I was perplexed.

"I think a couple of months maybe, depending on your progress. You need to learn to raise your vibration and sometimes it can take years and years to figure it out, but I will help you."

I was disappointed, "oh, I thought we could just go there anytime. I guess not, unless I die tomorrow then right?"

"I am able to go between the dimensions freely but most people do need to die to cross over unless you learn how. I don't want you to go through the pain, there is no dyer need to go over quickly now," he explained patiently.

"I want to get to my kids!"

"I cannot take your life if that is what you are thinking," he protested.

"Yeah, I knew that." I closed my eyes again and lay with my had on his lap, waiting for it all to sink in.

"GINNIE WAKE UP! WE HAVE TO GO!!"

"Huh? Go where? What are you talking about?"

Kaysen seemed a little frantic which was not like him at all. "He is free, he got away and he is calling for you on public television to come down to the studio!"

"Why me? What does he want with me?"

"I don't know Ginnie but I think we need to go."

On the way to the studio every scenario was running through my head. Did he know I was a distraction? How could he know that? Why does he want me? He could have anyone, why me? To finish what he started maybe, oh man, I can't. My heart rate was going up and the panic was setting in. Kaysen reached over and took my hand.

When we arrived I looked at him with shear panic in my eyes, "don't worry, trust yourself, it will be all right no matter what. He doesn't know you were in on the ambush."

I walked up to the door purposefully, without guilt, head held high. I didn't want to give off any kind of doubt even though I was feeling terrified. The guard met me at the door and escorted me to the stage door where Zeb was recording a speech about how he had been attacked but defeated his opponents. He was enraged at the audacity and told his followers to report any kind of plotting they hear of. Then he saw me standing there and his whole demeanor changed, "ah, my love! Come to me Dear." He held out his hand to me. "You see people of the world, love is what it is all about and when times are hard we should turn to love to help us feel better!" He pulled me in hard and tight and planted a long passionate kiss on my lips, the audience went wild. I just tried to play along.

He looked out to his adoring crowd and saw Harlee standing in the front row clapping with adoring eyes on him. He went to the edge of the stage and bent down, taking her hand and kissing it. Then, he saw Kaysen behind her. "Traitor!" Zeb yelled and pointed at Kaysen. I saw Kaysen smile calmly, then a bright red streak of light shot from Zebs hand right at Kaysen and the crowd closed in. Harlee screamed in terror and I ran onto the stage lunging for Zebs outstretched hand to stop him and he turned to me enraged. "You know this traitor?"

I coward to the floor hanging from his arm, I just shook my head no, over and over. I knew what was coming, I'd seen that look before. He grabbed a fist full of my hair and yanked me to my feet, "even the ones we love can be traitors! We must all be brave and do the right thing for the greater good. They must be disposed of so they can come back as babies and be taught the new righteous ways of life on earth. It is with love in my heart that I do this for you my Dear!!!"

I saw Kaysen standing in front of me smiling calmly. We were alone in a room I'd didn't recognize. I must have blacked out! What happened? I saw them kill you Kaysen! I can never die Ginnie, nor can you. We are home, it is all good." His voice was so soothing and melodic.

"My kids! Where are my kids?"

"I will take you to them soon, trust me."

There were several light beings around me. An overwhelming sensation came over me and I began to cry uncontrollably. "Kaysen the love I feel, wow, I can't stop crying, I...."

"I know Ginnie, they will help you transcend to the other side so you can go to your kids and not reincarnate again to the third dimension. I will come for you soon."
