Chapter 43- Broken Memory

A little memory Azula remembered after that....
~ Flashback ~

Liahu received a letter from the province where Chunyang and Azusa lived... When she opens the letter... She sheds a tear then said in a low sob... ' Chunyang... '

Azusa and the others would be training.. Liahu would wait until the day has end to tell Azusa the news about her mother...

After the training Azusa has been called to Liahus office...

Azusa obeys the goes to Liahu office... And of course her sister Azula follows her to Liahus office and spies on their talk...

Liahu would be looking at the window as Azusa goes in and sits down...
Azula would be on the outside listening to them...

' Azusa... Your mother was seen dead on your home... '
Azusa eyes widen up as tears falls to her eyes.. Azula just stood there keep listening to them...
' I'm sorry... She's gone.. ' Liahu said...
Azusa can't stand a feeling of losing her mother her only family..
' n-no... ' This made Azusa speechless then just cries on Liahus knees... And keeps muttering about her mother.. Liahu lets her..

Azula heard about her mother... She cried silently shedding endless tears... She just covers her face then runs out...

Azula returns to the Jade Foxes base to her father.. She tells about what happened to Chunyang..
Jioa didn't care...

' Just go to your room young lady! Why do you even care about her? She doesn't care about you ' jiao shouted at Azula.....

Azula has nothing to say but.. ' yes father... ' she goes to take a bath..

Her scars collected all of her life...

When Azula remembers the memory she breakdown and cried badly...

Her eyes tells everything about her story... Tears fell down to the ground... All she ever wanted.. Was to be with her mother... She never experienced of hugging her... Or even meet her and hear her voice...Since she was took away...

~ On the search ~

Weilan has a spy on Azusas army.. Chou and Minmin... She already gives on order for them...
They check first Wintervale... Looking for a sign of them but they didn't found anything..

Azusa glance at her left then sees 2 children playing together.. It seems like they're sisters.... Azusa remembers how she and Azula used to play when they were kids.... Even though she didn't know they were sisters on that time.. The mother goes to them.... As far Azusa looks at them.. They seem a happy family..

~ flashback ~

Azusa was playing alone with her toys.. She was just 7 years old... Chunyang looks at her... Chunyang imagined if Daiyu wasn't taken by Jiao... Azusa would have a playmate.. A sister..

Chunyang calls Azusa..

' Azusa darling.. Can you come here please? '

Azusa looks at Chunyang then goes to her ' what is it mom? '

' It's almost before time.. Let mommy sing you a lullaby ❤' Chunyang softly said as Azusa smiles and goes to Azusas room...

Chunyang carries Azusa then starts her lullaby

Where the north wind meets the sea
There's a river full of memory
Sleep, my darling, safe and sound
For in this river all is found

In her waters, deep and true

Her beautiful voice makes Azusa fall asleep...

As Chunyang finished her lullaby she kisses Azusas forehead and puts down Azusa to bed and said.. ' Love you honey... '
