Chris was waiting patiently outside of the university in his football hoodie and grey sweatpants, the biggest of grins on his lips. Max had said he looked like an overexcited puppy as he put his carrier bag in his car. Chris had only laughed and rolled his eyes, telling Max he'd understand when he got in a relationship himself.

Since it was almost a nine hour drive over, Chris was able to get through his classes and morning football practice before getting a text from Sebastian saying he was less than an hour away. When he received the notification, he, Max, Matthew and Liam were in the study hall printing out an essay quickly. Chris had jumped and yelled out in pure glee, racing outside the doors.

Hence why he was now standing out in the cold air, watching the passing cars to try and see Georgeta's car, bouncing slightly on his heels. He had gotten many looks from students, not judging, understanding that he must be waiting for someone dear to him. And they were right. That's exactly what he was doing.

Max was going to wait with him to say hi to Sebastian but his sister was impatient as it is and Max had to go. Chris was going to make sure he told Sebastian that Max says hi.

Chris sighs, looking around his campus. He was feeling great about being here, but he had to admit, it was difficult not having Sebastian here with him, smiling that adorable smile of his and helping Chris with his studies. He knew it wasn't the best way to think, both he and Sebastian were happy at their schools, but Chris couldn't help it. Being helplessly in love with someone did that to you.

One thing he was glad about though was that their football coach, since they did really well on one of their practice games with another team, was letting them off practice this afternoon. Even though Chris was sure Sebastian would love to watch him practice, the rest of the team would probably question Chris. And he wasn't ready for everyone else to know.

To pass the time, Chris goes for a quick walk around the campus. He had rung his parents just last night, they seemed alright, just worried about having Dodger back. He was still crying and whimpering, obviously he was now upset about being separated from both Chris and Sebastian.

That made Chris upset. If the university allowed it, he would drive all the way home and bring Dodger back with him. Hopefully Scott was able to calm him down.

Scott seemed to be doing well. Ellie too. They talked to him all about school and Sebastian helping them with their homework, new friends and breakups. One thing though that Scott said stood out to Chris.

"Guess who I saw the other day in the diner." Scott had said, almost coldly.

"Who?" Chris had asked, confused.

"Emily. I think she was asking about Sebastian." Scott had responded, and Chris could tell he had rolled his eyes. "As soon as she introduced herself Lucy sent her packing. Thankfully Sebastian didn't see her, he was out the back."

It was a relief indeed that Sebastian didn't see her. Who knows what Emily would've done if he saw her.

Shaking his head, Chris makes his way back to the front of the University, wanting to remove the negative thoughts of that hurtful person from his mind before seeing Sebastian. He didn't need to start off their time together being reminded of what Emily did.

When he arrives at his place once more, Chris spots the signature red car parking in the parking lot and waits till Sebastian is opening his door to run towards him.
