Attraction

16.

The forest is serene and quiet, the moonlight shines brightly on the hiking trail where Paul and I are walking side by side. A dim glowing light up head from us lights up the path softly, it peaks my curiosity as Paul and I get closer to it.

"What is that?" I ask quietly, he doesn't reply- instead he gives my hand a gentle squeeze.
We finally reach the glowing lights close enough so I am able to see where the light is coming from. He glances at me and smiles once he sees my surprised expression. There are tiny glass looking boxes around the area but close enough to hold a light. Each one filled with a small tea candle that's lit with a golden flame.  Paul turns to face me and a smile begins to grow on my face- he's beaming happily.

"Did you do all of this?" I gush, he winks at me before placing a kiss on my forehead.

"I did. I'm not always a hopeless romantic, but I wanted to at least make this memorable for you, you mean so much to me." He begins. A small stray of tears begin to pool up in my eyes from the sweet gesture but I blink the tears away in hopes that Paul doesn't see them.

   "When I first made eye contact with you at the diner, I imprinted on you as you know. After that day, I knew that I didn't have the capability to stay away from you- I had to see you again, I had to make you mine. Ever since that night, you've changed my life- you've changed me. Willow, you mean more to me than anything in the world. I know you've been through a lot, but I want to be the one who protects you and I want to be the person who makes you smile. I want to make you mine, if you will be mine."

After hearing his words I have a few stray tears on my cheeks, he takes his thumb and gently wipes them away. There is no way all of this is real, I never imagined love being in the cards for me like this. But here it was, right at my fingertips. I don't speak, instead I lean in closer and I press my lips against Paul's warm ones. He wraps his arms around my waist pulling our bodies closer together.

"Yes. Of course I will." I mumble against his lips, "Of course, I'll be yours."

Our kiss breaks, Paul gently presses me against a tree, his lips travel to my neck as he gently begins to suck on my skin causing my breathing to once more become uneven. I close my eyes and enjoy this feeling that he is causing to run through my body. I run my fingers through his raven dark hair and I lean my head back allowing him to continue.
To my disappointment he stops, removing his lips from my neck.

"Come here." He whispers lowly before taking my hand gently leading me to a soft blanket that is laid out on the forest ground.

I lay my back against the fabric and he presses his chest against me, he places small kisses against my lips. He carefully pulls my top over my head exposing my chest and my bra, with one arm behind my back he removes my bra and laying it aside with my top. His eyes travel to my now bare chest as he carefully sucks on the sensitive areas. I close my eyes and take in this feeling, trying to keep my breathing under control—I tangle my fingers in his soft hair. His fingers travel down to my jeans as he unbuttons them, he slides his hand down my underwear and begins to move his fingers over the fabric in a way that cause me a feeling I've never felt. Small whimpers leave my lips from the feeling of delight. He abruptly stops touching me and puts his two fingers in his mouth. He removes them from his mouth and slowly slides the fabric of my underwear to the side now. I gasp sharply as his fingers enter me carefully, it hurts, this is a first for me.

           "What—What did you just do?" My voice is strained and breathless as I stammer. He presses a gentle kiss against my lips as he begins to move his fingers in and outward.

"Breathe... It's okay." He murmurs. "I'm not going to hurt you."

I close my eyes as the feeling of enjoyment increases.  He slowly begins pumping his fingers in and out of me as the sound of my wetness fills my ears. My chest rises and falls quickly as the pleasurable feeling in between my legs seems to grow wildly. Minutes go by before I know what's coming next...
The familiar build up happens once more and my back arches bringing my body closer to his as I reach my high on his fingers. My eyes flutter open as he places a small kiss on my lips causing me to smile. Paul suddenly hands me my bra, and I begin to feel confused.
