The knock on the bathroom door makes me jump, I hesitantly open it to see a concerned looking Renesmee. Her eyes explore my face as she comes into the bathroom and gets me some toilet paper as she begins to wipe some of my smeared mascara. I don't think I've ever felt this pathetic before, I can't believe I actually had sex with him and expected that maybe just maybe he would open up to me.
I mean, I didn't expect to cry— But I didn't expect him to react that way and just leave me in here. I sniffle quietly as she throws away the toilet paper and wraps me in a loving hug, my arms encircle her as a few more tears leave my eyes.

"What happened?" She asks me gently.

"Paul came in here and well... We..." I can't find my words.

I feel so pathetic for having sex with him, especially after he walked out on me. She slowly nods her head understandingly.

"You don't have to say it if you're not comfortable, but I'm not here to judge you. I would have done the same thing if I were you." She calmly responds.

"I feel so stupid." I whimper out as I wipe away a few tears that remain on my cheeks.

"You love him, you can't help that. He's the idiot, not you." She says. I want to believe her but somehow I feel like the bigger idiot.

"Is he— Is he still here?" She glances at the ground for a moment.

"He is... Jacob's trying to calm him down." She tells me.

"What? What happened?" I ask worriedly.

She looks at me with hesitation.

"Show me..." I beg her quietly.

Renesmee nods her head as she gently places her palm against my cheek.

Paul gets up from his seat after clenching his jaw for a few moments after Willow went to the bathroom. He sighs heavily as he gets up from his set and goes inside the house.

Renesmee watched as Paul came storming out of the house as he slammed the front door behind him. The turning of heads from the loud sound over the music from the radio caused everyone to look at him. Jacob stands up and walks toward him trying to ask him if he's alright but Paul nudges his way past him roughly.
Jacob sighed heavily in annoyance but he calmed down know his friend was just angry. Renesmee watched as Paul walked over to his car as he punched the side door of it leaving a dent in the metal, her eyes widen slightly in surprise as she realizes something had to of happened with Willow in the bathroom. Jacob walks over to Paul trying to calm him as Embry tried to draw the attention away from the scene and make small talk with everyone again while Renesmee gets up from her seat and enters the house.

She removes her palm from my cheek I look down at my shoes and sigh heavily.

"Can we go back to your place? I'd like to leave but I would rather not be alone tonight." I ask her quietly, I don't want to be here for another second.

"Of course." She responds as she opens the bathroom door.

I follow behind her as we exit the house as I close the door behind us. She makes eye contact with Jacob as he gives her a sincere expression, she nods her head to him as if communicating with him through her eyes.

I turn to face Quil as he gets up to come over to where I'm standing.

"I'm going to go stay with Renesmee tonight." I tell him.

"Okay, don't worry about tonight, okay?" He says, I give him a weak smile as I follow her to her car.

When we walk by Paul's car I feel my body tense up as my heart jumps when I realize we've just walked by him. I can feel the tension in the air as my breathing hutches and the pain in my chest continues.
