Spencer sat there reading through the first journal. She wrote about the struggles of living with her parents who were not sympathetic toward her struggles and then when her sister moved out and how the verbal abuse just got worse. Sounded like Keni's sister was her saving grace and safe spot so when she left Keni felt more alone and abandoned than ever.
Then he read through her first suicide attempt and how it landed her in the hospital and neither parents came to visit her while she was there.
Pretty much the whole journal was about her struggles but occasionally she wrote that she kept seeing this specific man everywhere but she had also noted that she could be being paranoid or over dramatic, still Reid jotted it down on a paper to add to the board.
Morgan and JJ entered the room after interviewing Mari with dull looks on their face. "How did it go?" Emily asked sitting up more. JJ sighed and sat down "not helpful at all. She said that Keni didn't even talk to anyone. She only spoke up the nurses because she had to. She stayed silent so she had no friends or people she hung out with. And she was serious about getting better, the only thing we have is that Keni was serious about getting better so she wouldn't have run off."
That offered no help to any of this. With no one Keni saw regularly that wasn't at Madison there were no actual leads or possible suspects. Spencer read through the other journal which was a standard hospital homework journal so there wasn't anything in there either. He leaned back after setting the books down and rubbed his face. This was going be a long case.
