She was awake, but in a daze, everything felt like a dream. After hours of turture from the strange man her conscious mind had shut off. She mentally and physically couldn't handle any more cutting or whipping.
She had spent hours of being hurt by this man and completely unable to fight back due to her hands and legs being tied down. He stopped about 10 minutes ago to answer his phone and hasn't come back yet. Hopefully when he comes back he'll at least have water for her but she isn't gonna get her hopes up.
All she wants is to go home. She wants to go see her sister and leave Madison and get a job and go to college. She wants to go home. The tears wanted to fall but she had cried her last tear an hour ago. She was dehydrated.
He told her all this torture would stop once she spoke but her mouth and mind wasn't letting words come out.
"Sorry to keep you waiting Keni dear! It's almost moving day!" He entered the room again, sadly with no water, and picked up a knife.
By the grace of God himself words finally came out "C-can I have w-water?" It was soft and a bit hoarse from crying for so long and lack of water but it was audible to him considering his face lit up.
"There it is!" He sets the knife down and walks to the small fridge, he takes out a water bottle and walks back to her. He opens the water and unties one hand so she can drink.
"Now that you've finally decided to speak we can leave." He unties her hands and legs and picks her up carrying her to a car that was also in the garage. He lays her in the trunk and ties her up placing tape over her mouth. "Just in case." And the trunk slammed shut leaving her in the dark unable to move and speak having no idea where she was going.
