They had been driving for maybe 20 minutes now. She kept note of what she felt. Left turn out, straight, left turn, curves three of them, right turn, five speed bumps, left turn, a really bumpy, long dirt road, then a right turn. She hoped that she would have a chance to run at some point.
The car came to a stop and soon after the trunk flew open. He picked her up, untied her and took the tape off her mouth. She looked around and saw they were on a back road, the road was surrounded by trees and nothing else. Now she knew exactly what was happening. She was being sold. She also knew that trade spots were the best place to escape. She thanked herself for all the crime books she read.
"You better not act up miss Keni." He spoke in her ear as he walked her to the front of the car. He let her go and leaned against the hood. (Calum Hood) She stood there quietly kicking dirt when she gently kicked a thick stick. She leaned down and picked it up, she started peeling the stick so it looked like she was just playing with it.
He had been watching her, but once he looked away she quickly mustered up all her straight and swung the stick hard, hitting him in the face knocking him down. She panicked and ran in the direction they had come. She ran into the wooded area and sprinted fast. She thanked herself for taking track in highschool.
She heard yelling, it was getting farther and farther. She could tell he wasn't off the ground. He probably couldn't even open his eyes yet. But she ran as fast as she could. She knew that the people who bought her would be getting there shortly and would be able to find her.
She ran and ran for 15 minutes, never slowing down. She finally found a gas station and ran in. Her voice magically showing up when she needed it most, again. "p-please help me! I-i was just kidnapped! I-i need you to call 911!"
