"Let's take a break off each other" Changkyun said, with a poker face. His heart is racing. Only God knows what he's feeling right now.

"What...? All of a sudden? Changkyun why? Did I do something wrong?" Jiyeon asked, shaking. She just couldn't accept what she just heard.

"No, it's not you. It's me. I'm sorry." And with that, he stand up, leaving Jiyeon alone at the cafe.

Jiyeon cries. Silently not to draw any attention from all the customers at the cafe. Changkyun walks through the door without looking back.

"I miss you already, Kyun" Jiyeon clench the bottom of her blouse trying to slow down her crying.

She gets up and leave the cafe, wanting to lay down in her bed and cry. She heads home with teary eyes.

Changkyun walks for at least 15 minutes now. He doesn't know what he should do. Write a goodbye letter? Tell her the truth? Write a goodbye song? He chose the third option. He heads to his studio with a broken heart, and heavy footsteps.

He plops down on his chair and starts to fight the urge to cry by picking up his pencil to start writing. He just can't. Not with Jiyeon's heartbroken and sad face on his mind. He felt so bad for making Jiyeon like this but he doesn't have any choice. He had to do this for the sake of Jiyeon's happiness. At least that's what he thought.

He picks up his pencil again and starts writing, "I Miss You".

And with that, he puts down his pencil. He grabs his head with both of his hands and tilt back to the chair. Oh how he wish to have Jiyeon here with him, writing songs together. He miss her already.

Jiyeon arrives at her house and plops herself down on her bed. She is a crying mess at this point. She was shaking the whole time. She wants Changkyun to hold her and hug her while whispering sweet nothing to her ears. Only Changkyun can make her feel calm.

Both of them is a wreck. Both of them knew this wasn't a good decision. But Changkyun had no choice. He doesn't want Jiyeon to feel sad by the abrupt goodbye. He wants her to be happy. Even without him by her side. He loves her, dearly.

Changkyun doesn't tell anyone about his condition. He doesn't want his brothers, his girlfriend, his family, his monbebes to know about his condition. He feels sorry for them. He can't bear to watch them cry because of him. He thought, this is the best way.

"Hyung, I wrote a new song. Could you take a look please? If it's worthy enough to put into our new album?" Changkyun asks Jooheon.

"Alright bro. I'll take a look at it later. Leave it here" Jooheon motioned to his coffee table in his studio.

"Right man, thank you. See ya" And with that Changkyun walks away, letting his footsteps take him to God knows where.

Jiyeon is scrolling her messages with Changkyun. She is smiling bitterly, thinking where could their relationship suddenly gone wrong to the point Changkyun became like this. They were completely fine this morning. She smiles painfully thinking how easy one's heart could change. But she know Changkyun would choose her over again. They are soulmates. They will be with each other again. Even not in this world anymore, she believes they would.

Breathing heavily, Changkyun stops at one place. The park. Where Jiyeon and him would share laughter and ice cream watching kids play around. They promised to be each other's partner until they die. Jiyeon wanted a pair of twins while Changkyun simply wanted a daughter because he wants to have mini version of Jiyeon. Changkyun's tears keep streaming down his face.

Until reality hits him hard. He will be leaving soon. There's no way he could see a mini version of them or even Jiyeon's. He takes a deep breath, letting his emotions take over him this time.
