CHAPTER 15

"no.. No.... Please... P-please s-stop"

"stop?... You want me to stop?..... Get rid of that thing soon"

"no... Please.. It hurts.."

Jungkook jolted awake while panting and gasping  for air vigorously... Tears were brimming from his eyes that everything around seemed blurry to him... He immediately wiped his tears and turned his body to check on Diya.. When he saw the girl peacefully sleeping beside, hugging her favorite plushie gifted by jimin on her birthday party, his mind felt a bit relaxed.... He immediately reached out to the drawer to get his anxiety pills.....

It's been a while he got nightmares like these, and his medication was doing a good job on increasing the duration of the panic attacks he used to have quite often before.... But still he can't seem to overcome his internal fears and the ultimate horror of his past... The sudden panic from the terrifying nightmare was making his mind restless on something which he doesn't even have an idea about...

"you okay?"

Jin asked jungkook while wiping the cash counter... Jungkook was so lost in his own thoughts and seemed so out of place since morning... He didn't know why, but the voice that he heard from his dream kept bothering him.... A very unsettled feeling was creeping through his stomach.... Overall he felt too stressed...

Jungkook was knocked out of his thoughts back to reality when he heard jin's voice of concern for him...

"Huh?"

Jin frowned at jungkook's reaction...
"you seemed so lost" worry was evident in his voice...
"Is everything okay jungkook-ah?" he stopped his work and asked his younger brother,reaching out to him..

"ah... I am fine hyung... Its just the stress" jungkook replied with a sigh, though he still kept the nightmare and panic attack a secret from his hyung... And honestly he wanted to believe that it was all just the fatigue from the work and tensions...

Jin eyed the figure skeptically for a while before speaking up...
"let's drink tonight then"... He exclaimed with a warm smile....

If stress is taking a toll on his younger brother, then he is the elder one... As always he know how to take care of his dongsaeng, and this time is no different...

"what?" Jungkook's eyebrows raised out of reflex while looking at his hyung... Both his hyungs know that he is not that much a fan of drinking and nor his tolerance is high... But occasionally he liked to have a couple of drinks to wash out the fatigue.... So why not?

Although, he knew, more than his own self, jin needed a refreshment.... His hyung has been working constantly looking after both the cafe and their family...and adding the cherry on the top he started dating namjoon as well.... And now he is the actual one who needs a break.... But jin being jin he loves to work 24/7...be it the cafe works or taking care of his brothers and niece....jungkook is so happy for his hyung that namjoon is such an understanding guy.... He always gives into jins demands and rants.... Its too cute their relationship is,if asked about....

"you said you are stressed... So let's go drinking tonight... Actually, let's have it in your place, since Yoongi said that he will be working on something in his studio and we can have him taking care of Diya there as well...." Jin beamed at his own brilliant idea feeling proud and thinking about having fun after a long time....

" are you sure hyung? "Jungkook was having double thoughts on dropping Diya with Yoongi alone, especially when the male is staying back to focus on his work.... Because he know how much of a trouble Diya sometimes can be....

But then, who is he kidding... He is well aware of the fact that Yoongi loves having Diya around, be it working hours or not.... Many times, yoongi used to record Diya singing her favourite tracks, and by now there is a collection in his desktop... So the idea is well fitting...

"why not?.. I will inform others as well... Lets have some fun tonight jungkook-ah" jin winked at him which earned a scoff from his brother... Soon his gaze softened whe he saw jungkook getting distracted again with his thoughts.....
"you need a rest from all your pent up stress and frustration" jin said that in a very low voice, more like a whisper as if he is talking to himself while eyes constantly looking at the lost male...

Jin was at the entrance to the daycare to pick up Diya... Jungkook had an emergency that he couldn't come and instead jin promised to pick the girl... Well, its not something new, most of the time it's his duty to pick the girl from her daycare, when jungkook is busy....

Jin saw a smiling Diya approaching him while holding hosoek'S hand... He immediately took her bags from hobi and lifted her in his arms...

"Hey hyung.." Hoseok waved at jin who smiled back at him....

"Hey.." Jin replied while putting Diya in the car seat and settling her seat belt safely... He closed the door and turned around to face his friend....

"so... I wanted to tell you something.."

"and what is it?"

"Well, I am having all the guys tonight at jungkook's apartment... Just for having some drinks together... Wanna join?" Jin asked hobi with a raised eyebrow.... When Hoseok seemed to take more time to himself for replying, jin wore a mischievous smile on his lips... Well, he know how to make the male agree to the plan.... So without wasting a second, he spoke..

" taehyung will be there too.."

Hoseok blushed at the statement he heard from his hyung... For a second he stood there flustered as he didn't know what to reply now... Jin eyed the male before voicing out his question finally....

"what is going on?... I noticed your heart eyes for him that day" jin pocessed an aura of a strict and demanding hyung, with his hands crossed over his chest.. To be honest, he pretty much knew what exactly is going on and not just him, all the others except taehyung got the hint as well....

After taking a deep breath, Hoseok finally made stable eyecontact with jin... "I really don't know hyung... I think.... I like him.." He genuinely didn't know when and how the alien of a boy has grown in his heart this much, that even in his dreams he is getting taehyungs striking smile for his eyes.... Damn, the boy had his eyes blessed right on the day he saw taehyung for the first...

"Then ask him out" Jin just shrugged and said, without giving much complicated thoughts to it...

"W-will he say yes hyung? " he asked his hyung out of worry and doubt.... Well he can't be blamed, because he doesn't know taehyung as much as jin.... Yet he is here, completely fallen for the male of his dreams.....

"you should try and find it out yourself hobi-ah" jin just patted hosoek's shoulder to give him assurance...

"I-I am nervous hyung... I never felt anything like this before..." he honestly addressed his worry with a deep sigh...
Jin just smiled and nodded to him....

"It feels like, I am falling deeper even without knowing him much"
