"YOU FORGOT TO PUT WATER IN IT?!" you screamed in a panic, running through the house as the smoke alarms blare. Yunho is trying his best to fix his mistake, but he's having a breakdown.
You rush up to him and turn the stove off, then run cold water into the burning ramen. Then you open up all the windows in the kitchen to fan the smoke out.
Once the alarms stop blaring, you slump onto the floor and look up at your boyfriend. He has this cute embarrassed red face and pouty lips. You can't help but to bust out laughing at his innocent mistake. He's much like a child, forgetting the water altogether.
At your laughing, his face goes even more red than before. You stand up and hug him. "It's alright, anyone can make a mistake. The first time I cooked, I caught my jacket on fire." you reassured him.
He's quiet for a few minutes before looking up to you. "But.. I'm still hungry." he whines, poking his bottom lip out. You smile brightly and pinch his cheeks. "Don't worry, I'll make you something." you said to him making him smile.
You run him out the kitchen and get to making him some japchae. Once it's done, he digs in happily. You smile at how happy he looks and get to cleaning the kitchen.
You and Yunho had only been dating for a month or so, but you have strong feelings for him. He's not like any of your exes. He actually shows you that he loves you. He doesn't just say 'I love you' and run off somewhere.
You truly love him, and you're happy to be with him. Who knew you'd end up dating your backbone? Every breakup, he was there for you. He was there for you when your mom died. When your dad was put into the elderly home. He was there for you through everything you went through. One day he offered to show you what real love was and here you are, with him today.
So far, he has not broken your hear not even one time. You never cry when he's around. He protects you with everything. To you, you are his everything. You always have been. And now that you're his, he's never letting you go.
