It was a normal evening in 1892. Families were at the farmers market, buying groceries. Some people were doing their jobs. Everything was ok.
That was until monsters and demons left the underworld, breaking through the ground. The demon's leader explained that they were there to take over the mortal world, and anyone who attempted to stop them would be annihilated.
But then 4 people stepped forward
A paperboy from New Jersey with the powers of hellfire
A poverty stricken housewife with the power of plant manipulation
A Coffee maker with the ability to bend water to his will
And A British immigrant who could turn a gentle breeze into a tornado
All 4 of them challenged the demons to a battle. The demons, who had no idea of the strangers' powers, accepted the battle. They believed they would win and these people would be an example for others.
Soon a battle had broken out. One by one, the demons were getting destroyed.
Knowing they stood no chance against these strangers, the demon leader told his army to fall back.
Although he had been defeated, he vowed to return on the Day of Demons.
Then he disappeared, never to be heard from again.
