“Raphael, where are you going to?” Samael questioned as he made his way to where his friend was standing.

“I desire to visit the Earth and check on Raguel. He was upset after our encounter with a demon yesterday,” Raphael responded.

Raphael simply hoped Raguel was doing well. He refused to say anything after the demon left them.

“Alright just be careful," Samael said;

"You don't want the elder Angels to suspect anything. You know if they find out you are associating yourself with Raguel, it will not end well,” Samael continued with a warning tone.

“I understand that and I will be careful. I will not stay too long on Earth. I will be back before the Angel’s parade starts".

“Okay,” Samael watched Raphael flashed his wings and left.

Raguel stared outside the window he still could not get the thought of not having a soulmate out of his mind and to make it worse, the demon's phrase from the previous day was still very clear in his mind.

You are not even worthy of a soulmate

“I don't deserve this,” he blinked away the tears that formed in his eyes. “It's just not fair".

He suddenly felt the presence of his friend. He rapidly brought his hand to his eyes and wiped any proof of tears from them.

“Hey, Raguel,” Raphael stated as he moved nearer to him.  “Are you alright?”

Raguel turned and faced him. “Do I look all right to you?”

Raphael shook his head before he spoke, “Is it about what the demon told you yesterday?” Raphael asked.

“What do you think?” Raguel asked instead of answering Raphael.

Raphael sighed softly before he spoke, “I want you to forget what the demon said to you yesterday.”

“Forget? "Do you think it's that easy?"

“I know it's not easy to overlook such a thing, but what the demon said to you yesterday is not true. You will find your soulmate. She is out there,” Raphael said, gesturing his hand outside.

“You don't know that Ralph. No angel will want to be my soulmate even if I'm fortunate enough to have one. I'm a banished angel and no one wants anything to do with me.”

“Stop saying that,” Raphael stated loudly.

“No, you should stop telling me what you desire me to believe,” Raguel shouted. “I will never have a soulmate, stop telling me otherwise. Stop giving me false hope,” he added hollering.

“I may be your friend, Raguel, but I'm older than you. I practically raised you in heaven and I'm like a father to you,” Raphael declared, getting irritated by Raguel's tone.

“But you are not my father,” Raguel shot back.

He was too furious to even think about what he simply said, for he did not care at the moment. But he knew he would surely regret his actions later.

Raphael was taken aback by Raguel's words and it simply hurt him bad.

“Take my words for real Raguel; you will find her,” Raphael stated firmly.

With that statement, he flashed his wings and soared back to heaven.

Elena looked around to see if anybody was in sight as she made her way downstairs and subsequently walked to the front door. She opened the door and closed it quietly.

After she had succeeded in getting out of the residence, she strapped her bag, plucked in her earphone and made her way to the old factory.

Elena hummed softly to the tune she was listening to as she proceeded to take a walk, but she stopped abruptly and turned back.

She felt weird as if someone was trailing her, but she did not see anybody when she turned.

“I don't think it's anything. I think Mom's words about this neighborhood not being safe has gotten to my head,” she convinced herself.

She continued strolling and ignored the bizarre feeling she was having, however, she heard a noise all of a sudden which made her turn again.

“Hello?" she called out with uncertainty, but she did not hear any response.

She was now scared and decided to walk quickly. However, before she could move, someone appeared in front of her.

Elena stood frozen with widened eyes. She was not able to say anything but when the individual abruptly moved closer to her, she regained herself and started backing away.

The person immediately took hold of her. She shouted for help, however, she did not get any response before the person closed her mouth and vanished into thin air.
