~.Chapter - 14.~

The next day, Makaira didn't feel like going to the academy but she decided to drag herself there anyway. After yesterday's event, she was still tired and sore even though she had a good night sleep. Sasuke had let her sleep in and was willing to skip the academy for the day but Makaira wanted to make the most of the little time that is left before their graduation making alias (Sasuke knew that she thinks of them as her best friends but always say alias to try and make him more sociable). Sasuke made sure she had a good breakfast and packed their lunch wanting her to take it lightly for a few days making her pout like a child. Sasuke couldn't help but chuckle at the sight.

They walked to the academy, hand-in-hand, they could sense the glare from the fan group that was following them thinking they can't sense them. Makaira sighed, not in a mood to deal with that and thankfully, they reached the academy without any disturbance or incident. Sasuke sat on his usual seat keeping Makaira's bag beside him to reserve the seat for her? While Makaira went around talking to her "Alias" as she would call it, they were curious about her wounds but she shrugged it off changing the topic.

The bell rang and everyone went back to their seat, Makaira steps aside as someone throws a banana peel near her feet as she walked back. She could hear the dissatisfaction coming from the person who failed. Makaira couldn't help but deadpan as she thought, 'I literally killed a group of kidnappers who were twice my size and these people go for the banana peel near feet thing' She shook her head in disappointment. Usually, she would have smirked at the person but today she just let it go thinking about not wanting to waste her energy on this. 'Man! I sound like Shikamaru' She thinks to herself with a weird look on her face. Iruka sensei entered the class and the day officially began, Makaira would be lying if she said she didn't literally count through the minutes of the class. Just before the lunch break, Iruka announced "Tomorrow, You will take your graduation exams. And the Jutsu we have chosen as the test is the clone Jutsu."

Hearing that Makaira sighed in relief, She got this under control but then she realized the fact that she already was a genin. She facepalmed herself thinking about how stupid she can be. Sasuke was having a hard time keeping a straight face as he saw her facial expression change one after the other while she was thinking of something he had no clue about but it had to be funny just by the look on her face. Sasuke raised a brow at her to which she simply shook her head as if to say nothing. She knew Sasuke would pass with ease but she was just concerned about the path of revenge he was set on. She knew he won't force her to hate Itachi nii-san but she couldn't tell him the truth as well, since she didn't know about it as well but she knows this Itachi would not do it willingly. She was sure that there was more to it.

Soon it was lunchtime and she went with Sasuke who held their Bentos, not trusting heer sleepy self to carry it without dropping it. She sat in front of him crossing her legs wondering what he had prepared for her, well, them. She kissed his cheek as thanks to him as she opened her bento and dig in. She could sense the glare that was set on her, she couldn't help but sigh, 'these girls need a new hobby other than hating me'. Sasuke sensed it too, he looked at her to make sure she was comfortable or maybe he should go and deal with them. Makaira as if hearing his thoughts raised a bite from her bento for him to eat as if telling him to calm down and eat. She knew she'll have to deal with them sooner than later cause she rather not have them plotting against her forever.

Tomorrow they will be giving their test, Makaira was kinda excited cause then she gets to wear her headband, she had been wanting to put it on for so long but decided that she will wear it together with Sasuke. Makaira heard whispers and had a feeling that she should listen since they were quite far, she couldn't hear everything but she heard bits and it was enough for her to put pieces together and understand their plan. Once they were done with their lunch they packed up and Sasuke took the Bentos from her in one hand and held her hand in other. She could see a smirk on his face, she knew exactly what he was trying to do and it was a little funny. Tomorrow will be an interesting day,

after all,

she has some fangirls to take care of.

A/n: Hey Everyone! I hope you enjoyed the update. So soon we'll join with the main storyline of naruto but like always it will have....my touch?? If that makes sense. I just wanted you all to know.
