The Tonks Residence.

Later that night, Carina Tonks was having trouble sleeping. Her insomnia clutching her rather forcefully without her given consent. The news of her father's dramatic escapade from Azkaban was instilled into her mind not giving her a chance to rest at all. She was tremendously anxious.

The patronizing article she'd read kept popping up crystal clearly every few seconds in her mind, tormenting her.

"Ugh!" The girl groaned with frustration, throwing the covers off of her she hopped out of her bed. She crept quietly out of her large room in the attic, and tip-toed down the stairs and into the twilit kitchen she went. She grabbed a small glass cup from one of the cherry wood cupboards and filled it with water, downing it one go, hoping it would satisfy her scratchy throat. Spoiler alert, It didn't. She felt clammy. Like her body was on fire, heatwaves washing over her every limb.

The teenage girl let out a soft sigh as she rested her elbows onto the cold counter, gripping her face in her trembling hands.

She was scared.

Worried. What if her friends finally connected the dots and found out he was her father, not only a distant relative? What will they say? What will they do? She rubbed her temples, hoping to ease her throbbing mind.

Harry is only aware of the fact that her mother and his parents died on the same night together. He knows that she comes from one of the most preposterous, and prejudiced wizarding family, snug up there with the sacred twenty-eight. And he knows that she's not like them in any way and that she despises them. He doesn't know that Draco Malfoy's her cousin even though all wizarding families are related to each other in some way or another. ─ He doesn't know that her father is Sirius Black, he'll surely still believe that he's an indifferent relative of some sort. He isn't aware of the knowledge that his father and Sirius Black were the best of friends. Nor that her mother is his wife and that he's the reason they're all departed from the land of the living...

He doesn't know.

He doesn't know...─ She repeated in her mind.

He doesn't! He can't!

They won't find out.

─ Carina furiously tried to reassure herself, rubbing harshly at her forehead with her nimble fingers.

She was in a great deal of stress, that can't be healthy at all.

Drawing would help, She thought. It always managed to relax her in a therapeutic manner. As she removed herself from the counter, walking out of the kitchen and stepping up the stairs quietly. She stopped however, when she passed by Andromeda's and Ted's shared master bedroom. Their hushed voices sounded from behind the door.
