Arthur's POV:

"Arthur, you do realize something wrong with Hana, right?" Amelia asked when she requested for everyone else to leave the room and get something to eat.

"Of course I realize it, sis, she's my girlfriend," I said, "and I'm worried."

Amelia nodded. "If you're so worried, why don't you use Time Thinker-"

"You know what it did to d-...the late Sliver. I can't use Time Thinker, it's too risky," I told my sister.

Both of us don't like to talk about it at all. It was a silent agreement, but sometimes, we break it for work.

"But he saved the world, didn't he?" Amelia asked.

I stayed silent. Amelia and I lost our parents a long time ago. But we were old enough to take responsibility as official Legion operatives. Sometimes, we pretend like our parents are still around, usually for conversation with other people, but between the both of us, it's barely ever brought up.

"He saved the world, but he had to say goodbye to his loved ones," I finally replied.

"So did mom. Remember what she'd say?"

"'The world before our lives for our lives exists only because of the world.'," I remembered and Amelia nodded.

"It might kill her too," I told Amelia who nodded. "But there may be an alternative," Amelia said. I looked at her in confusion. "Don't you remember the props needed for Time Thinker?" Amelia asked.

I thought for a while. "Yeah, of course I do."

"One of them is more accessible than you think."

"How?"

Amelia looked at me and raised her eyebrows. I gasped in realization.

"Well, since you know how to actually do the spell, ask why you need to do it. It'll be easier to ask Hana herself, isn't it?" Amelia asked.

"No, we have to know what's gonna happen next," I said, "and what Hana had said."

"Isn't that something that has to play out on its own?" Amelia asked.

"I just need a prophecy. Other worlds are getting themselves involved in this, then it must be serious," I told my sister.

Amelia thought for a while. "Then you better hurry. Didn't they plan to leave tomorrow?" Amelia asked.

"Let's go," I said and started for the door. "I'm sorry, Arthur, but I can't join you. There's something else I must address," she said.

"It's about Joanna's vision, isn't it?" I asked her, "you think it's really them?"

"You don't even have any idea where Bea went. It's a possibility," Amelia said.

I nodded. "See you later, sis," I said before leaving the room. Amelia teleported herself away in an instant.

***

It didn't take long for me to find my friends, but they had no idea where Hana was. We went to the Burger Point, knowing for sure she'd be there, but we didn't see her. She wasn't replying to our texts or picking up her phone either.

I got takeout since everyone else had already eaten and we had to find Hana and Joanna as fast as possible.

We decided to check the greenhouse, but when we got there, none of them were there either. I was getting worried. I can't perform the Time Thinker without Joanna, or someone might die.

I tried to call Hana once more. Went to voice mail.

"Where could she be," I muttered in worry. "Wait, where was the place you guys found out about Joanna's special powers?" Ana asked as we pondered at a nearby bench. "Cafeteria?" Kay said, although still confused, "why'd they be there?"
