Hana's POV:

"What're we gonna learn today?" I asked.

"I'm not gonna tell you until you can show me you've perfected the Revelius spell," Amelia smirked. She looks so similar to Arthur when she does that. They have the same shade of slightly wavy brown hair and blue eyes that seems to always say, "I'm watching you, I know what you're going to do next, I know how to take you down."

Well, mostly Amelia. Arthur's is pretty tolerable at times.

"What do I need to reveal now?" I asked excitedly. Amelia smiled and pulled out a scroll from inside her desk drawer. "This scroll. Have fun," Amelia said tossing the cylindrical roll to me. She knows how excited I get when I'm given a training session on Revelius.

I rolled open the parchment and studied it. Of course, I didn't understand any of it since it was ancient writing and we haven't studied that at all. But there was always that sensation that something wasn't right. Like what Kay said, "The nagging feeling at the back of your head."

I felt the flow of magic in the air. Since I've been practicing throughout the month, it's been easier to detect where the magic is and even easier converting it.

"Revelius," I whispered into the scroll and it started to glow. The ancient runes rearranged themselves. I thought I'd be able to decipher them, but turns out I still couldn't.

"Uh, did I pass?" I asked Amelia as I gave the parchment back. Amelia studied it. "You passed," Amelia said before placing the scroll back into her desk drawer.

"Wait, but I didn't know what it meant," I said. "Yeah, that's actually a scroll the Legion needed to decipher. The writing was Magix, not ancient runes. That's why you passed," Amelia said.

"Wait, that was magic?"

"Magix, capital M, ends with an 'x'. That language is older than ancient runes," Amelia told me before pulling out a pink book.

"From which year is that?" I asked. The books are sorted to 6 different colors depending on the year that book is meant for. It starts from moss green, lime, dark blue, purple, tangerine then red. I thought that was supposed to be it, but hey, I'm a first year, I don't get to see those other colored books. I just heard what my boyfriend told me.

"It isn't a compulsory book, just a secondary one. It's about love," Amelia said and placed the book in front of me. "You're gonna teach me a love spell?" I asked. Amelia smiled. "I wish. But love spells tend to result in unwanted consequences. I'm going to teach you how to detect and repel a love spell," Amelia explained, "I hope you aren't too disappointed though. As much as I like you, Hana, I can't have you manipulating my brother into doing whatever you want him to do."

"No, I'd never do that..."

"Yeah, I bet you will," Amelia said and opened the pink book.

Suddenly, the door of the room opened. A girl with long, indigo hair and orange eyes came into the room. She was wearing a violet tank top and denim shorts and a light pink cardigan was tied around her waist.

"Is she a first year?" she asked Amelia who nodded in respond. She looked at me and smiled. "Hana Anderson, correct?" she asked. "Y-Yeah," I replied. "Ren, you're making her scared," Amelia laughed. "Sorry, girl. I've just heard so much about you. See, I was at a club the day Monera was attacked. Getting information, you know?" Ren said.

"Y-Yeah."

"Where are my manners! Sorry, girl," Rennea laughed, "I'm Rennea Sangaria.Eighteen years old. You can call me Ren. Nice to meet you."
