As Clarke awoke to the blinding light, she found a figure pacing back and forth causing a shadow. As she eventually woke up and came to, she realized the figure belongs to the brave, cunning, terrifying Lexa. Who seemed to be pacing in front  of her bed looking anything but.

As Lexa had realized that Clarke was awake she looked at her, staring into her eyes, her worried state now turning into anger and it was like she had ripped her stoic mask off she began to speak.

"We have a problem. Arkadia was attacked by Azgeda last night since they don't agree with the coalition, they managed to fight them off, however they did loose some of their warriors and i thought you might want to visit since you haven't been there in a while."

"When do we leave?" Clarke asked urgently

"Now. I have got the horses ready and I have gathered the ones you call Raven and Octavia, I will also be taking two guards and my second Indra."

Clarke nodded at her as she left with her red sash glowing as she exited.

Clarke jumped out of bed and put on her clothes and her armor on top in case she needed to fight at any time.

She rushed out of her room and went down to the ground and almost ran towards the stables where she saw Lexa comforting her horse by gently stroking its nose.

As she reached the door of the stables, she saw Octavia and Lincoln chatting away in the corner while Octavia kept looking over Lincoln's shoulder at Raven when she thought she wasn't looking. Clarke made a mental note to ask her about that. She also saw Indra waiting by her own horse next to Ryders just by looking at him Clarke remembered being put down on her ass all those times.

He started to walk over to her and just said, "No hard feelings?" and held out his own arm and Clarke grasped it repeating "No hard feelings."

"Good because the commander has made me your personal guard."

Clarke sighed, of course she had.

She went over to Lexa who was playing with her knife now out of bordem to question her, without even looking up at her, she just stated, "Its for your own safety Clarke."

Clarke just stated, "I can protect myself."

"I cant take any risks." She replied now looking into her eyes.

Clarke stared into her eyes, there was worry, as much as she tried to mask it, she was worried about her. Without realizing it, she had been staring, it wasn't until Lexa pulled her out of it that she had noticed.

"We should be going now." Lexa stated as she turned around and swiftly lifted herself up onto her white stallion. Everyone else managed to do the same, Clarke not as gracefully and Raven needed help but Octavia was more than happy to.

Clarke was down about the attack on Arkadia but she couldn't wait to see Abby and Marcus and all her friends Bellamy, Monty, Jasper, Monroe and all the other original 100. or rather 46. However it had just occurred to her that some of them could be apart of the fallen soldiers since there was no doubt that they had fought.

As if Lexa could read her thoughts, which Clarke really hoped she cant, she asked her to join her up front. It sounded more as a order as a request however Clarke accepted anyway.

"Your friends and family are fine," Lexa reassured her.

"Are you sure?" Clarke responded, worry lingering in her voice.

"Yes, I specifically asked about them for you."

Clarke could feel herself blush at this. She wasn't sure why, but she could feel her cheeks getting brighter by the minute.

After that, they then walked in silence until Clarke noticed the nice green scenery around her and then she noticed Lexa, whos eyes darted around the place watching out for danger wherever they went. She also noticed her eyes, they were the same color as the forest around them.

She was interrupted with a caught from none other than Lexa who had caught her staring.

"You really should keep your eyes focused on the path."

Clarke felt her cheeks brightening once again as she excused herself, wanting to go and talk to Octavia since she hadn't forgot her staring at Raven earlier, almost like she does Lexa.

She slowed her horse down to get to Octavia and ask her about earlier but she couldn't just jump right into it. No no no. She had to make small talk.

"What do you think will be left of the place?" Clarke asked the girl not aware of her.

Octavia just grunted in response, Clarke followed her gaze to the other girl ahead of them, out of ear shot. Clarke couldn't hold it in any longer.

"What is it with you two?" She asked loud enough for only Octavia to hear, this brought the girl back to reality.

"Oh, urm nothing." She responded which wasn't technically a lie.

"I know when you're lying to me Octavia, you get a crinkle."

Octavia just looked at Clarke and finally gave in.

"Okay, fine, don't get me wrong, I love Lincoln but its just not there anymore and after spending all that time in Polis with Raven it just ignited something in me I never knew I had we laughed and joked around and I cant explain the feeling but it was amazing."  She admitted.

"I understand where your coming from," Clarke responded as she gazed off for a second at a certain commander before resuming, "but what about Lincoln, you're with him O."

"I know, I know I need to break it off with him but it never seems like the right time, he always manages to say something that makes me stop and think and I'm not even sure if Raven has the same feelings."

"Trust me, she does I catch her staring at you too when she thinks nobody is watching but I always am." She smirked.

"Okay that just sounds creepy now Clarke."

"Oh shut up, but you really need to break it off with Lincoln soon if you really feel so strongly about Raven and don't worry, I will support you no matter what you choose."

"Thanks Clarke." Octavia smiled at the girl.

The rest of the ride was silent until the big metal ship came into view.
