If she had any idea what turmoil Remus Lupin was going through, she would probably do one of the two things. Either she would laugh at how clumsy he was or be patient with him until he sorted out his thoughts. As it was, she did not know what he was thinking about and only noticed him taking a deep breath before answering her question. She turned her head towards him and then back to the moon, then smiled a bit. “That’s true. It will probably be tomorrow, and then the moon will start filling herself up again.” She looked up to the stars again and raised her hand to point out the planet she noticed before, then turned to Remus with a question in her eyes,
“What planet do you think that is? I haven’t followed the ‘Astronomy Tonight’ this summer and I have no idea which planet it could be.”
That seemed like a good enough topic for now, she decided as she moved closer to Remus – seemingly unconscious (but of course nothing was coincidental with Thea). If he was here she could as well take a chance to mess up with his mind a little bit – at least now that she actually talked to him. She turned her head to watch the planet again, while pulling her hair behind her ears again, showing off her long neck and ankh-shaped earrings she found in one of the tombs her father let explore that summer. That was also one of the reasons why she was unable to follow the astronomical paper – it would cost too much to have it deliver all the way to Egypt. Although, it wasn’t as if her family didn’t have the money to do it, she was just practical like that. She preferred to read the Ancient Egyptian texts anyway. They had a much more interesting topic to read about than Astronomy. It was the mummification and the process of it. While some may be disgusted at the way the ancient Egyptians did those kind of things, Thea was fascinated. It looked like it was a very interesting procedure, pulling the brains through the nose. But that is neither here nor there and she returned to the present with a small glance at Remus.
