HARRY

THE morning following the gender reveal felt like calm after the storm. Knowing that moon was safely inside of Blair put me even more at peace.

I glanced over to look at my girlfriend, who was just now beginning to wake up. Her eyes gently fluttered as she squinted them, attempting to look at the room around her. My eyes met with hers, and her facial expression softened.

Her hair rested naturally across the white pillow as she brought the back of her hand to her eyes and wiped them.

"Goodmorning, Chérie." I smiled, staring down at the beautiful girl below me. Her bambi eyes stared back up at me, a small smile spreading across her dimpled cheeks.

"Goodmorning, Haz." She whispered, her voice raspy and throat dry. The sun hit her brown eyes, instantly warming them and creating a luminescent glow.

She replied with no words, and instead pouted her lips, sticking them out in my direction. I raised my eyebrows, slightly confused by what she wanted me to do.

She un-puckered her lips and began to laugh slightly, bringing her hands up to cover her face. "Kiss me!" She breathed out in between her laughter. She stuck her lips out again into a pout, her doe eyes looking at mine longingly.

I smiled and then leaned down above her,
pecking her lips quickly. A smile instantly spread across her face, making her eyes light up even more.

She balled her fists and stretched her small arms out, a yawn forming on the corners of her mouth.
"I'm really proud of us, H." She whispered, turning her body so that her face was parallel with mine.

"Proud?" I asked.

"Yeah, proud. I mean, think about all of the shit we've gone through in the last few months. It's incomparable, but we've been fine." She smiled.

"You're right. I am proud." I agreed, nodding my head and pursing my lips slightly. "But I'm just worried." She added, her smile fading from her small face.

"Why?" I pushed on. Small tears began to form in her eyes as she brought her fingertips to her tear ducts, wiping them gently.

"I don't know. I just hope I don't mess anything up with Moon. Like, imagine having your whole life all over the daily mail the second you're born. That's fucking awful." She began to sob.

I brought my hand to her soft cheeks and cupped her face, forcing her to took at me. "It's gonna be okay, Blair. We did the right thing. they were gonna find out about her anyways. And besides, the media can just know her as Moon. Nothing else." I smiled.

I bent my head down and placed another kiss on top of Blair's lips in an attempt to offer her some reassurance.

"Thank you, Haz. I love you so much." She breathed out. She giggled slightly and brought a manicured nail to my chest, lightly tracing over the '17BLACK' tattoo imprinted on my skin.

She stared mindlessly at the image, tracing it over and over with her acrylic fingernail. "You know what?" I asked my now fiancé, snapping her out of the slight trance she was in.

"Hm?" She murmured softly, bringing her eyes up to meet mine slowly. "I'm saving a spot for your name, right next to it." I announced proudly, pointing at the tattoo Blair continued to trace.

My body acted as my sketch book; a place where I could add all of my confusing and meaningful doodles, places that were important to me, and the names of the people I loved most.

A small smile spread across her face, her cheeks additionally turning a rosy color.

"You're fucking blushing!" I laughed, pulling her into a tight hug. "Fuck you." She muttered against my skin, her face pressed up against my chest. I could feel her mouth form into a smile against my chest, the thought of it making me smile as well.

"I love you, B." I confessed, placing a kiss on top of her head.

"I love you too, Harry."
